There is nothing I hate more than degrading someones art, but my artist didnt even do that. I got a tattoo of a diamond with a landscape inside and the diamond is completely crooked. The tattoo is terrible!! Now, I have to worry about paying to get it covered up because he half assed my tattoo right on the center of my upper arm. It looks like a prison tattoo. He appeared to be under the influence of something, which was my mistake to let him touch me but I was feeling spontaneous. He did an okay job on my boyfriends tattoo, but he must have been coming down when he did mine. I made the worst decision of my life the night I got this tattoo, and we even left him an 80$ tip because we are nice people. Please dont go here, I dont know about the other artists but mine did not have 20 years experience like he said. It was a birthday gift, and my arm is permanently ruined. Never go here of ron is tattooing you. Oh and I even called to complain and speak to him directly and he said it was my fault!! Because I saw the stensil, but the stensil was not lopsided like his work. He was very rude and tried to belittle me over the telephone. I just hope I can find a good artist very veryyy soon who can fix my beautiful arm!

This place is very unprofessional. After calling around to different places, i chose this place & 1. The female piercer didnt clean/sterilize my nose, where she would be piercing. 2. The chair she told me to sit in was broken and she blamed the piercing to be too difficult because of my height. She did not tell me to go somewhere else, instead she continued to do it. I should have taken the initiative myself and left because it did not seem like she knew what she was doing. The next day i visit another shop to change my ring because it was HUGE on my face. They told Me she didnt even pierce the right spot & the wrong ring which is why it was huge. I had to take it out and get it completely repierced in the right spot. They also told me she could have damaged a nerve where she pierced. I called this place and the owner answers, i explain the situation and his response is "oh, shes not even a piercer. Shes a tattoo artist who told me she pierces" uhmmm excuse me? Unprofessional, rude, and NOT EVEN LICENSED TO PIERCE. Health services WILL BE hearing about this place. SHUT THIS FILTHY PLACE DOWN!!!!!!!

couple of weeks ago i got my cartilage done here , and it felt like it wasnt done properly like it was bending my ear like my ear was literally bent ? so i thought it was because i had big ears you know ? but my friend that has the same piercing as me told me that wasnt correctly... so my friend took me to lucky draw and the guy said did you pierce this yourself ?i said no, he said well who ever did it must been an amateur... so then i told him exactly where i got it done , he told me that this place is very unprofessional and has people that try piercings for fun ... i went back there and ask for the lady and the MANAGER said " shes not a piercer... i said this lady pierced my ear and she doesnt pierce ; he didnt even apologize about it at all he did was pulled her to the side and talked to her. i walked out because they gonna get a huge call soon (:.. guy CLAIRS CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS PLACE DONT GO HERE (:

After 3 tattoos by Monster I can officially say shes the only artist Ill trust with my ink. The shop itself Is rough around the edges however her station was immaculately clean. I would only go to this shop for Monster. The other "artists" and the overall atmospher of the shop are rather unappealing. Monster listens to what I want/need and hasnt failed at delivering what I ask for and then some. She is also great with the after care and always responds to my panicing texts when I worry to much over how I heal. Overall this place gets 5 out of 5 from me and I will be returning soon.

I got my nose pierced at unique. Kim did a wonderful job. She made sure everything was sterilized and every time she touched something other than my nose she threw away the gloves which is a great sign. She told me she is faster than a Pierce gun (like at Claires) and she was a lot faster! I love my piercing and I thought everyone was so nice.

We made an appointment last week for Saturday at noon. I came in from Ohio to get my neice a tattoo for her graduation. The staff never showed up as we waited an hour. Highly dissapointed. Very unprofessional if I could give zero stars I would seeing that this appointment was the point of my whole trip.

Ive gotten about 10 tattoos from Monster at this shop and her pervious shop she has always listen to my ideas and made helpful suggestions. The shop is always spotless. Michelle will talk to you while you get tattooed she is very friendly and will always make you feel at ease. Will be going for more.

I went to get my snake eyes done by Courtney . She pireced it and literally 30 mins later my ball came out of my mouth . I called and she said she would be there to repierce it . No surprise her ass wasnt there . So I wasted time and money on crooked ass snake eyes . Now I have two holes in my tongue

Really love the shop and the way its laid back! Got my tat done by Monster. A friend of mine paid for it. It was of a character I created ages ago and she redrew it! It was an impulse tat and one I DO NOT regret!

The guy named Ron that did my tattoo, was extremely rude & seemed fustrated, and in a rush, the tattoo was decent, but he lacked customer service skills, I recommend LUCKY DRAW!!!!!!
