There was a lady there that was a RN the worked with me, I had a nostril piercing that was done by a lady at Clairs in Florence mall but turns out they arent supposed to do anything but ears and ended up putting a nickel stud in and pierced me with a needle that was too small, we went to this place to see why I couldnt get my clear stud in and explained what they did I also explained that Im allergic to nickel and she took it out and told me to let it heal and that it had nickel on it and Clairs are not aloud to pierce noses, she showed me a black dot on her face where she had a nickel piercing and told me she went through something similar and that she just saved my face from a big black dot being permanently scarred on my nose. This woman was so nice and so easy to work with and if I could Id hug her for what she did.

10/10 would recommend. My friend and I had a wonderful experience there. The shop was clean and well organized, and the customer service was incredible. The staff was very friendly and informative, and really made the process a great experience. My friend had two tattoos done and was given a really good price. I went to get a tattoo of my mother and fathers name and from the beginning when i walked in i felt welcomed the prices was reasonable my tattoo came out great and i really love it. I give Pete a 10 he did a really great jobs. Plus my daughter got to meet some new friends everything was wonderful. 2 thumbs up i will be recommending ppl to come and tattoos from you and i will be back for more. Thanks

Got a small tat today as a tribute to the cat that I lost recently after 19 years. Very pleased. The place was very clean and organized and the people that I spoke to were so very friendly. Soon I would like to get a tat as a tribute to my grandmother and I plan to go back there. Thanks to Requiem.

The first time i walked in the shop. I was so amazed by all the beautiful art pieces and art work on the walls and everything is very organized and well cleaned. The people are very friendly and welcominng. One of the nicest tatoo shop ive ever walked in to.
