I just had a very disappointing experience with one of the sales associates. My children were very excited to spend their piggy bank money at big lots today. Which consisted of a few dollar bills, quarters and a few dimes and nickles. $14 total (still considered money the last I checked) I explained that this money was from there piggy bank and asked her to bare with me we are trying to teach them the value of money. She huffed and puffed as I helpped her count the quarters. All and all the transaction took 2 min top. She rolled her eyes, gave us the receipt and told the next customer, who mind you was the only other customer in the store at that time since they were not at all busy, "so sorry you had to wait so long." I will never shop there again and I would have left everything right there if it wasnt for my children.

I recently bought a mattress from this location. The original salesman was nice enough to tell us about an upcoming sale, so we were able to save over $100! When I came back to purchase the mattress, it was a very busy sale, and everyone was friendly and very helpful. I came back later to actually pick up the mattress and by the time we moved the mattress to the front of the store, it was raining. The employees who were helping were very accommodating and held the mattress for a while until it stopped raining. I would highly recommend this location if you find yourself needing a big lots!

I found bugs crawling around in a bag of noddles I bought here. Also my chips were completely crushed when I opened them. I will never get any food related items here ever again.
