Called up to get a quote on a set of tires for my truck. Talked to a guy named Lee, told me that they had just sold what I was looking for about an hour ago. But he had an even better solution for me. Talked to Brandon in the store, he followed up with the notes Lee left, and took over.The third guy, he setup the financing for me.....the name fails me. All three were friendly and professional. Got answers to all my questions. Definitely recommend this place. Their tire warranty deal is totally worth it too. Shiny tire bonus.

Hats off to Sebastian at this location. Completely professional, kind, and even reassuring once he found out I would be going on a road trip soon. Double checked all my tires, and was able to patch my tire. Tune other one, he pulled out time small nail, tested it for leaks, there werent any. And best of all, they dont charge for a patch. I will definitely be back if the need arises. Thank you Sebastian

My son went into Discount Tire to get a tire plugged from a nail. They said that 2 fairly new tires had only 1,000 miles left on them. Then they talked my teen son into getting 2 VERY USED tires to replace the better tires he had on the car already (which btw were under warranty). Very disappointed in their sales tactics. Will never be back and will discourage others from going.

Put one of my new tires on a blatantly bent wheel. Lost air two times, went back those two times. They didnt "notice" anything the first time. And the second time they filled it which obviously wasnt going to hold up and did not! Not telling me how bent it actually was. Wish I could post the picture of how bent it is!

I cannot sing their praises enough. This has been the only tire shop I have gone to since I was 18, 10 years ago. The best customer service, they have all the good tires at the best prices. Dont forget the warranty… Just got my tire replaced after running over two nails.

I purchased tires from this location for a previous vehicle. Tire pressure light came on (on a different vehicle), they removed a screw and patched me up free of charge. Very friendly and speedy service. A pleasure to deal with.

Had to bring my truck twice for the same problem, they promised I would be served first since it was their mistake. Currently sitting in the lobby where I have been for over 35 minutes on my second trip. They dont care.
