Big Lots has come a long way in the last couple years. Its not just this location either. The staff here are absolutely amazing, and so accommodating. Customer service is definitely making a long overdue comeback! We were about to check out when our cashier ask did we have coupons. When we told her no, she insisted that we "keep looking," while she bagged our items. It seemed like she was up to something, because she really took her time. She was actually sending my fiancee a coupon via email. It was a save $25.00 when you spend$100.00 coupon, which is a whole lot in my book. She also honored an obviously tampered with price on some other products. Our total savings on this trip ended up being around 32%, WOW! Like I said, all the Big Lots seem to be doing this now.

Nothing different about this Big Lots in any of the others but the staff was super friendly and the customer or the manager tried really hard to set me up with their Big Lots Card unfortunately someone else and use my phone number if you years ago the poor lady tried 5 times to make it work with a huge line behind her and she never gave up so for that I give them 5 star

This is a good store, its very big and it is more organized and clean than some of the other Big Lots stores I have been to in the past. Prices are always great at Big Lots. This location is easy to get to and the workers are generally alright, but not overly excited to go out of their way for you. Overall a decent experience.

It is Big Lots. There is no consistency here. I would give this a better rating but the lady at the checkout was eating snack chips and cleaned her fingers by rubbing them on her shirt then sucking on them and wondered why I didnt want her touching my purchases and refusing change.

This is a great place to pick up odds and ends. I usually get my water here. They have housewares and holiday items, as well as an interesting selection of foods, snacks and candy. The prices are generally very good.

Store was clean but bread was displayed in a hot sunny window & the womens restrooms were extremely disgusting & run down. They surely dont have the great prices they use to be known for. Friendly cashier though.

My favorite Big Lots in this area! The employees are very friendly and accommodating. They bend over backwards to help customers. The store is well laid out and fully stocked!
