I am not impressed with this store, huge clearance section but not a new selection bookstore. They also push the discount card renewal, and once I renewed too soon and had two accounts. Also, dont like them pushing magazines at the register. The selection online is better if you are looking for newer books. The book card is a big joke, you save just a small amount, when you can go to Target or Kroger and get the books cheaper. I saved 30% at Target on some new books and saved money! I hardly ever get coupons from them anymore and if I do happen to get one at the register, I have to use it right away or it will expire. I suggest, improve your selection, and offer better sales and incentives.

Big selection of books and other random stuff like board games and t shirts. Im still not convinced if they actually have a million books or not (can someone please confirm this?). BAM is one of the few remaining original stores that has been opened since Sugarloaf Mills first opened up, which back then it was called Discover Mills. They always have some sort of deal going on. Every now and then they do have a book signing from some small time author. Popular books are usually always in stock. The cafe is not too bad. They have what you would find at most bookstore cafes like coffee, desserts, and other beverages. Good bookstore overall!

We have gone to this Books-A-Million many times in the past few times, probably twenty. All of the times we have gone to get books that are for my kids school requirements. Usually it was last minute so that could be part of the problem but 2 out of all of those times they actually had the book that we needed. If you or your child needs a books for school, do not go there, they probably wont have it
