After a terrible first experience at this particular Aldis a couple of weeks ago, I decided to give the store a second chance. I chalked up my first trip to a rude cashier and my ignorance about how Aldi works. I was in the area, so it just made sense to try again. Today I walked into Aldi fully aware that I needed a quarter to borrow a cart (and that Id get it back), that the choices would be a bit limited and that I had to pay for bags or bring my own. No problem. Unfortunately the produce was still pretty bad, and that the primary reason I went to Aldis. However, I was pleasantly surprised this time round. I got some great deals on meat, and dairy. I discovered a few familiar products at super low prices (Babybel cheese, Cheerios, etc.) In sharp contrast to my first trip, the cashier was polite and patient (sort of like everywhere else). I see why people like this place so much now. While I cant see it replacing my favorite stores on the basis of price alone, I will definitely be back. Im looking forward to the overhaul of their prepared foods at the end of the year. That will make it even easier to shop here.

Good, small grocery store in a strange spot where there arent many apartments/houses within short walking distance. It being Aldi, the selection is limited and often the only choice is the house brand, if that matters to you. Bring a quarter if you plan on using the cart, and bring your own bags if you dont want to spend extra money for their own. Obscure but good beers--try them. They didnt even take credit cards in their early days; thank the maker they are taking them now. Note: they close early.

I love buying produce, interesting frozen foods, and eggs from here. The customer service is consistently poor and pack your patience because there is always a line. Ive only seen a maximum of 2 registers open, regardless how many people are waiting. They offer organic fruits at a fair price. Not many familiar name brands to be found here, but Im usually very pleased with the products I buy. I love they offer meat products in chicken, lamb, and turkey because I dont eat pork products.

Great prices but customer service is very, very poor. Never enough help, website didnt have the Christmas Eve hours correct and they closed early. When they closed no signs saying they closed early just the doors locked. I have no problems closing for the holidays for your employees but the website having the wrong hours in inexcusable. At times they dont have advertised product because it wasnt delivered...all in all great prices but at times it just isnt worth it.

Dirty, nothing on the shelves is organized or fronted, little selection of produce, and products that should have been refrigerated were sitting on the belt of a closed register when the other register has a long line. Ive always heard good things about Aldi but this one must be VERY poorly managed. I was in and out in 30 seconds because I couldnt handle it. I dont have high expectations, but I couldnt believe it.

The female employee at the check out was very rude to my wife and me. This woman needs additional customer service training. This is the second time this has happened and we have only been to Aldi twice. I will never shop at Aldi again. This happened at 5:00pm Sunday 02/13/11.

The cashier charged me $40.03 for a whole chicken that was $4.03. Luckily for her I was riding with someone else and didnt see this on the receipt until I got home. Ladies and gentlemen if you go to this Aldi, please check your receipt or watch them as they ring you up.

Natalie super rude. Slams glass products down, runs you over with floor cleaner machine, screams she doesnt get paid enough to babysit. Horrible attitude. Seems mad at the world. Definitely does not make Aldis look good.

I love Aldi and there prices the only reason it loses a star is that I know that they cut costs but sometimes there lines to check out are really long when they only have on register.

Lowest prices of any grocery retailer. Limited selection, but I find 98% of what I need. Just take a very close look at the produce. It is often very close or past expiration date.
