Worse experience at a Cracker Barrel Ive ever had. We showed up and the hostess advised it would be a twenty minutes for a table which was fine. However, the hostess called my name along with five other parties waiting on a table. Well I stood in line with all these others who were called for a table and when it was our turn to be seated the hostess said she would have to add is back to the list, which only upset me after I saw people being seated that arrived after me. When I asked what the deal was she said that she had called my name three times and got skipped. This is where it started going downhill, because they had not called my name three times and I was standing in line waiting for to seat all the other parties she called at the same time. Then after we sat down not only did the food take almost an hour to come out, but our waitress could not remember anything. I asked her five times for more tea before she finally brought some. That was the standard for the rest of dinner. Reminding the waitress multiple times of items we had asked for. I had no complaints about my food but my wife couldnt eat half of her Mac and cheese because it was burnt. Plus, the food took so long to come out, my sons milk was hot. The staff at this restaurant seemed very disorganized and chaotic. It was bad enough that tables next to us were having conversations with us about how terrible the service was. I highly doubt Ill visit this particular Cracker Barrel again.

Honestly, Cracker Barrel is usually one of my favorite places to eat, but todays experience was really bad. The people I was with ordered french fries and they tasted like you heated them up in the microwave. The fries werent even hot either. Some of the staff were awful and not doing what they were supposed to, examples include, being on their phones, not a good attitude, standing around when they should have been occupied with their tables. Our waitress was getting off halfway through our meal and just disappeared without saying anything and without introducing another waitress who was going to take over our table. Another waitress didnt even take our table, it was more like a combination of several people who we have no clue who they were. As a person who has worked in the food and restaurant industry, I know how waiters, waitress, and hostess should act, and I know the things they should be doing as well. Today I would say that maybe three waitress, that I saw, out of the whole staff, had it together and did what they were supposed to. Also, whoever the hostess is needs to learn how to smile because she seemed like she did not want to be there at all, she barely said anything to us as we sat, she threw the menus on the table instead of placing them, and she never smiled not once. That wasnt a good impression at all and I defiantly would not want that happening in my restaurant.

The food was not great and service was poor. The server was not very attentive and prone to rambling on in conversations while other tables needed attendance. When food was delivered, it took so long for server to return with the hot sauce we asked for, that the food was cold. The scrambled eggs I ordered were overcooked to the point of being brown. When I politely returned them, the server snatched the plate and left with attitude. The do over eggs brought the second time were so undercooked that they were runny. Another person at my table ordered eggs fried well. That persons eggs were served with fried egg with well side up, once cut into, the yolk on underside wasnt cooked and was running out of egg, this ruining their dining experience. I am very disappointed and do not plan on returning anytime soon.

I love the Cracker Barrel, just not the one in Dublin Georgia. We had a waitress and her trainee and they were both so incompetent it was difficult to see which was training which. The trainer kept throwing her weight around with the trainee and it was embarrasing for us. After receiving our food we had a few problems, but both waitresses were so engrossed with a big table that we could not get their attention until after we finished out food. They brought out my eggs which were over easy but smashed against the side of the plate. I know they did not make the food, but you dont serve food that looks like what we got. They brought me an orange juice which was about 2/3 full and my gravy was 1/2 full in the bowl (it is always full at Cracker Barrel). I will not be back to this location.

Dining here is always a pleasure, the service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is family friendly. The servers are nice and hospitable. And dont get me STARTED on the delicious food. Ive tried all the breakfast options and they are all wonderful. I love how they use sourdough for the french toast! Today I had "mommas pancake platter" with scrambled eggs and bacon, with blackberry toppings on the pancakes. The pancakes are large fluffy clouds of wonderful old fashioned breakfast memories, and the blackberries on top perfectly balance tart with sweet. The only fault I could find was that my eggs were ever so slightly runny, but hey, Im weirdly particular about my eggs and I know it. But all in all, its amazing. THANK YOU CRACKER BARREL!!

I dont usually leave reviews for Cracker Barrel, but I felt compelled to leave one this time because I probably wont ever forget this experience. In short, we had the grumpiest waiter in the state of Georgia. I dont know what happened to him but he seemed extremely unhappy to be working there. Maybe he was covering for somebody who didnt show up or something, but he acted like it was a huge imposition to take our orders and bring our drinks. I was really worried about eating there, given his attitude, but the food was fine and the rest of the servers were pleasant. Still, it was such an unpleasant experience that I dont plan to ever go to that location again.

Very disappointed. Two of my family members ordered a baked potato each and they both came out hard as a rock. There was no cutting it. The waitress offered another potato for both of them after they complained . Both of those potatoes came out hard and tasted terrible. Eventually they got another side and the waitress said she gave us a discount but I dont think she did . Then we went to order the Coca-Cola cake and what do you know they dont have any! The worst thing about this trip was when we walked out there were 4 roaches, gross.

Stopped in with my 90+ year old parents and the staff treated them with so much love. They made sure my parents were okay and the staff in the store and restaurant talked to them while we were there. My parents enjoyed the attention. The waitress address our concerns regarding our food order and the manager took care of it immediately! I would definitely recommend this restaurant at this specific location. Great customer service and southern hospitality! This was my first time at a Cracker Barrel in seven years.

Not accommodating. My husband frequents Cracker Barrels and this is his 3rd location in a week because of travel (my 2nd). He orders the the Peppermill steak and egg skillet with no peppers and onions. We were told they dont like to alter food and would not do that for him. He spoke to a manager and explained that he doesnt like peppers and onions and that this is his go to order and the manager told him, "we dont alter orders." While my husband isnt mad and didnt make a scene, we know not to come back.
