Heavenly Cup is an absolutely fantastic find for any coffee lover (or just those with a sweet tooth!) looking for an independent coffee shop with all the best parts of a chain. Though its a small space, Ive never had problems finding a seat even on weekends. Its a terrific destination for casual dates, meeting up with friends or having a good convo. On the menu... Great coffee, and flavored blends brewed daily - always super fresh. (TIP: bring your cup back for up to 2 free refills!) Heavenly Cup has great fixings like cinnamon, nutmeg and sugars (or sugar substitutes). I havent tried the fancier coffee drinks, but my friend assured me their mochas, cappuchinos and other options are stellar! The also have bagels, muffins, coffee cakes and cookies. If I was a college kid at Otterbein, youd find me there almost every day - so close! But what I like best about Heavenly Cup is the fact that its locally owned by a friendly, responsible small business owner who knows nearly all her frequent customers by name. She supports other small businesses and entrepreneurs in the area. Their hours are very regular and its almost always open when you want it. I am just in love with this place.

My husband and I love this place! Its really small and quaint so you get to know the people behind the counter and run into people you know. We buy ground coffee from Heavenly Cup to use in our reusable k-cups for our Keurig at home. While were getting that we usually treat ourselves to a couple of lattes. Yum! We also buy ground espresso beans here. They have a good variety of coffee, fresh and ground. Everyone is always nice. And the location is perfectly situated at the corner of State and Main overlooking Uptown Westerville. Bottom line: this place is great for sipping coffee in-house or to-go. Were actually going there first thing tomorrow morning!

Floor was kind of dirty, table could have use a wipe-down, and one person in our party said her hot chocolate tasted like a Swiss-Miss packet she could have made better at home. If you order a double macchiato, be prepared to be brought a --caramel-- macchiato (which is not remotely the same drink AND will be 4000 degrees AND taste like a gas station cappuccino). In all fairness, maybe it was that particular employee and not the shop as a whole, but with another, actually-decent coffee shop a couple blocks down the street, I wont be stopping back to find out.

Went in 2 hours before closing and only 2 other people came in, but left with their orders. Server was very rude to me. Then she banged things on the counter and near my chair in a corner so I could not read the newspaper. She banged louder, I left, and she rushed to lock the door. It was a most inappropriate way to treat a local health professional - or anyone.

Very quaint and nice. I just bought a regular cup of coffee however it was hot and I had many different blends to choose from. I enjoyed the soul music playing and I was able to get some work done while using their wi-fi. I would come back here for some quiet studying.

I stop by here once a month after visiting my doctor just down the street to get an iced blended coffee. They are SO GOOD! The best I have ever had! Stop here and get yourself a great coffee and support the Uptown Westerville local economy!

Not a pleasant experience. The woman was not welcoming or friendly. Sbe was on the phone when I came in and I stood at the counter for over a minute while she chatted. She acted like I was bothering her. Wont go back.

We were looking for a good espresso and used trip advisor to find this place. Two cappacinos and two espresso were ordered and they were pretty good. Next time we visit Columbus we will stop here for coffee.
