On 5-9-16 I purchased a bottle of Absolute vodka at 9:53 am. When I got home my wife noticed that the bottle was leaking at the seal under the heat wrap plastic on the neck. It was a very minor leak but a concern since the product could be contaminated in some way. Around 5 pm my wife was going into town so I asked here to exchange the bottle for another. The male manager refused to do anything to reconcile this problem. Bottle was still unopened all intact as from manufacturer except for this leak which he could have witnessed had he done anything other than in a nasty fashion state that "we dont do exchanges!". Very rude and uncaring. No regard for customer service. Obviously I will never purchase anything at this place again and if you are fortunate enough unto read this before you go there be aware that they dont care about the customer.

Great beer, wine, and liquor selection; always something new to try, and prices are in line with missy other stores. The staff have always been extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. This is my go to store in Douglasville, especially for harder to find items when I dont want to drive to Atlanta.

I dont buy alcohol very often, but when I do, I pass 4 competitors to get here. This place is the best. Great selection of craft beers, which is what I usually buy. Today I bought my first bottle of Patrón and saved $9 on the bottle as compared to 8 other stores in the area.

Nice people but really hard to find anything. Also they dont stock too often. I asked for a bottle of Blantons after looking everywhere and they said they only get an order of it a month. And offered nothing past that.
