I called the pawn shop because my gun (and everything about it) was stolen out of my vehicle at my home. I asked if I could get the serial number over the phone and that I had my concealed carry and drivers license. They said no since I "could" be faking it and trying get someone in trouble. I rolled my eyes and said "OK, what do I need to do?" They asked that I come in and pay them $10 for a paper receipt. Really? Ive spent probably over $1000 at this place and they want to gouge me for another $10 for a piece of paper? Heres an idea. Marketing and Sales. Learn it. This would have been a PERFECT opportunity for you to sell me ANOTHER Fing gun over the phone. "Were sorry to hear about this...and since youre a repeat customer and we value your business, why dont you come on up here and well help you out on that receipt. And, since youre in the market for a new handgun, well make you a deal on a new one. We value your business, see you soon." I went up, they printed a receipt on their printer and handed it to me. Nothing else. Maybe Im being a pu$$y but I guess that I just expected more out of them.

First off, theyre not racist at all.. however they are really stern and straight to the point. I dont know why we black people always think stern white people are racist. Theyre like that to everyone... You all must not have noticed all of the black employees that work there either. Ive lived in this neighborhood all my life, I have three guns and Ive purchased them all here. My wife purchased her gun here, and my dad did as well. Good people, knowledgeable about guns with a very nice selection. But again, stern. Being an army grunt myself I rather like it like that.. and love this place.

There is one guy there-fat guy with grey beard(may be the owner) is extremely rude & unprofessional. First when I asked him if I could "look" at a firearm initially he acted like I was bothering him. When he finally gets up he berades you with insignificant questions before he will even let hold the weapon. For the sake of length of review Ill just give that example. I am an avid shooter & own 13+ weapons. I WILL not nor will I ever spend a dime in that facility or recommend it. Very poor customer service.

Bought my first gun here 3 years ago with 0 issues... went and got another one today and the guy with the accent from another country "prolly the new boss" gave my a cleaning kit free and worked out a few other deals with me ... I was also greeted the second I opened the door... I was skeptical of going there again after reading the reviews lately but I was like either Ima add a good or bad one to the list but my experience was beyond excellent

I wanted to go sell some DVDs and this guy behind the counter was given me attitude.....like he was racist so he wanted to take my picture and I asked him what the picture was for and he said do you want to pawn your DVDs or not and so this other lady was on the phone and she was like some guys here arguing and I was like Im not arguing I just wanted to know what the picture was for needless to say I got my $2 and got the f*** out of there

Beware of smart comments under the breath of the old white lady when purchasing guns and also beware of the short little lady who talks about her ex husband and all the guns she owns . So far Ive purchased 2 glocks and a chopper (baby A.K. ) if you feel they are being racist 1 up them be super duper polite and smile make strong eye contact and leave them with a lasting impression ! Click Clack Boom!

They will pawn your items for the least amount of money ever they dont know the value of certain things , i called around After pawning (dumb on my part) and was told better prices than they offered. first and last time pawning , and if i ever get in a finder bender again they will not be my place of choice, going to get my gun with my 25 dollar interest and will never look back.

this one guy with a long beard that was sitting at the desk was very disrespectful. I asked him a question and he looked at me and then acted like I was invisible. everyone else was good but that guy if hes not the owner I think he should be fired... and for that I wont back to your place of business.

Under value everything. West was nice. But short guy with dark hair and ponytail was rude as hell. After my transaction with them is finished I dont think I will do business with them again. Shame, nice fire arms. Again West, and other staff members were professional but ponytail guy sucked.

Racist people that dont greet you when you come in nor ask if u need any help even when the store has very few customers..Just needed bullets more convenient for me since I live 2 miles away..Nice selection but customer service is terrible.. Everybody that works there need sum milk..

I purchased a pistol from this location and the person who assisted me was rude. He was a big bald dude who looks like he wear hoods and burn crosses. Everyone else was helpful expect him. If I had to do it again, I wouldnt purchase from this place.

They say they will buy silver but then wont buy it. And they know nothing about guns. Offered me $50 loan for my 12 ga. Only because i asked to pawn for $100. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Im going to arrowhead pawn from now on..
