My parents bought my bed from here 5 or 6 years ago, recently the frame of the bed that latches into the headboard broke and split the wood completely. I called and asked what I needed to do since it had a warranty, they wouldnt offer a discount on a new bed or any advice to fix the bed or a replacement for the bed cause they discountened this bed and style. They pretty much said on the phone I would have to just buy a new bed. We also bought my mattress from there, it was suppose to have a 10 year warranty but they no longer carry that brand either so Im stuck with a sucky mattress I kept spotless to make sure if anything ever happened it wouldnt void the warranty for no reason. They do not stand behind there products or there customer once its bought and in your home its your problem if anything happens. So dont waste money or time here and definitely dont buy a warranty cause it does absolutely no good. Very dissatisfied, almost bought my daughter a bedroom suit here but Ill take my business elsewhere.

The Furniture House is fantastic! Quality furniture, great selection and great customer service. Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture construction and color options. She even rearranged a sectional and brought in other cushions to show me what I would be ordering. I will definitely be back to buy more.

I went to buy a mattress and box springs today, I walked in and everyone just sat and looked at me. Not one person spoke. I went over to Mattress and Box Springs, no one still said anything, so I left. Still no one spoke. I will not go back and will tell anyone who I can influence

They have high prices and horrible attitudes when you walk in the store. The only plus is they have nice furniture, but not worth what they want for it.
