Their attitude is absolutely disgusting and they could care less about their customers. Everything is an inconvenience and I believe half of them would rather be on their lunch / smoke break -- why pay them what they get and who in their right mind hired these people?! This also includes the albino woman who works behind the counter. Shes the absolute worst and on many occasions has been rude to me, mothers and elderly customers. ESPECIALLY when she answers the phone (when she gets off of her lazy butt to do so). And speaking of phones -- Why isnt anyone answering them? Half the time I feel like they unplug the lines so nobody can get through (Today I called 6 different times, only to have a dead dial tone -- one of those times I called and the phone rang 15 times and NOBODY ANSWERED). Guess what? I dont have my medication, one of which I NEED to take every single day. TERRIBLE!!!!! I cant wait to not have to use their services anymore. Will be filing an official complaint with their boss / head manager of that Walmart on Monday.

pharmacist tech very rude, hung up phone on me while calling for a doctor. The patient was prescribed drops a few days before but pharmacy still havent filled the request so told by doctor to handle the situation and got the worst service ever. i hate shopping in predominately black areas due to poor customer service. that is why i will continue to use and recommend other pharmacies that go out their way to please the customer. The phone ranged for ten minutes with not one answer or voicemail pickup after being rudely hung up on.

They are AWFUL, incompetent and lazy! I called in and gave my insurance information and was lied to and told that I was entered in their system. Then when I went to pick up my medicine I was told I never called and gave my information. My Doctor called in my prescription and then called me to confirm he did. I was told by the pharmacy techs the Doctor never called it in. They all should be fired. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Rude, customer no service. Apparently they ALL hate their jobs and its truly an inconvenience when a customer comes in to drop off and/or pick up prescriptions. The one person that worked there and gave good customer service was apparently working against their policy of rudeness first and is no longer there. The wait time is ridiculous both over the phone and in person.

The pharmacy techs are rude, not all but most. They have lack of customer service. Their a albino pharmacy tech that has the nastiest attitude and think she knows it all. Omg can they get pharmacy techs that care and take customer service seriously and not there because its a check in their pocket.

Horrible service . I stand on line coughing my brains out , i was told the meds would be done by now. I guess not , the Techs are attempting to avoid all eye contact because that would require an answer to be given. Just another wonderful example of Atlanta Customer Service.

Most of the people in the pharmacy is nice except for the younger girl she is real loud she doesnt know what she is doing and was real unprofessional when I went up there to get my prescription
