The staff at this pharmacy mean business. They dont care about consumers concern. Some of them are rude as well when they have to answer some of your queries. The pharmacy head Avi Patel seems as if she is forcefully sent to work. With a grumpy look on her face always, no wonder that person cannot be customer centric. If the leader is such do not expect the sub-ordinates to be customer-focused.

Im not sure if the person that rated this pharmacy had a bad experience or what, but Avi Patel has been quite nice to me and smiles and I have to go to the pharmacy on a weekly basis - So I see the 3 pharmacists pretty darn often. The other staff are also very nice, and the wait time is quick.
