I love Barnes and Noble :) This location always seems to be well stocked, plenty of friendly staff members willing to help, the restrooms have been clean each time Ive been here AND..... Theres a REAL Starbucks here!!! Like a legitimate use your Starbucks app, standalone yet still attached, wait here and use our tables and exceptional wifi since you arrived earlier than the bookstore opened Starbucks! Can you feel my excitement?? Back to Barnes and Noble though, there are plenty of tables and sofa chairs for you to study or read, the childrens section is extensive and beautiful (though it can be cold in some parts of the childrens area so bring a jacket just in case)... Also, the childrens section is conveniently situated at a really good distance from the study tables so you dont really have to worry about not being able to concentrate during a childrens reading time at this location. Overall this is a great Barnes and Noble perfect for anyone who enjoys bookstores and Starbucks joined together in marital bliss :)

They sent an email stating that my order had been shipped. I believed them. 4 days later (including Sat/Sun), I checked on the order. According to UPS B&N did not deliver it to UPS until 10:54am on day 4!! B&Ns email to me should have said, "We printed the UPS label but we arent doing anything with it for 4 days. Check back then." When I called customer service, they simply said "It is still within our 1-3 business days". I guess they dont count the day you order as a business day..... Poor and misleading all around. Next time I will use the low price bookstore with great service.

I usually search for business and technology books. I believe that Barnes and Noble bookstore should increase their range of book titles. Currently, the choices are rather limited. They also need to price match with other sellers, particularly with Amazon; they will increase their sales dramatically. Their book club which requires you to pay (I believe $20 membership per year) will give you a percentage off your purchase is outdated. In the age of Amazon I cannot imagine anyone would opt for that. I do like the helping staff who are very dedicated and knowledgeable.

Not too busy and well enough staffed for just after the holidays. Staff had issues looking books up in their inventory system. Asked for 2 different books that their self service kiosk said was in stock, but they were unable to find. I ended up finding one on my own. Prices are still quite high but thats all B&N. Ended up buying a few things in store with a gift card and got a few more from amazon for much cheaper.

The staff here goes above and beyond! I lost my wallet there a few days ago, and one of the staff members mailed it back to me from the store, instead of just holding it there. They are always willing to help you find the book you are looking for. If they dont have it, they are very accommodating in ordering it. Several places to sit a read, do homework, etc.

Chris you are wrong! There has been a Barns and Noble in that location for nearly fifteen years. It is located just to the left of the AMC Movie theater and is connected to a Starbucks. In all honesty Im baffled that Chris couldnt find this store it is very easily located and profoundly well known throughout the community.

You really cant go wrong with this location. Housed right next to a Starbucks with outdoor and indoor seating. This b&n has quite a large selection for not being a very large store, I almost always find what Im looking for here. Great place just to wander if you need to kill a quiet hour or two.
