is a friendly book store, and more than fair with their exchange program! Ladies and Gents .... please bring in your audio CD books (they do not take tapes ... does anyone? ... I have a bazillion). They have a nice selection and will hold for you if you need to zip home to get yours to exchange. They give store credit or (a little less) cash, IF they can use your offerings at the time. I LOVE this store and am so very glad they are in our area of East Cobb ... Sharon :)

My daughter and I brought in about 12 books to sell and we got $6. I went back a couple weeks later and one of the books we brought in was for sell for $21! When I tried to haggle over that book for her the 1st time, he would not budge saying their profit was almost nothing. I would say a $20 profit is not too bad. My daughter was very heartbroken. Prices are not fair.

Not only do they pay pennies for your used book in store credit, they also do not explain ahead of time their "credit policy": the credit they provide can only be used for a purchase that is twice the amount of the credit. Books are overpriced and the service was rude. I will never go in that store again. If you have unwanted books, better give them to charities.

Amazing bookstore! The prices are usually $4-$16(at most) Books are good quality and they offer fair prices. A small little store that is comfortable and casual. You feel like you can relax and read a little. Great books especially for the Young Adult section. Also kind staff and a small section with a few chairs and coffee where you can read.

Once and Again Books provided helpful service! I needed a book in a rush, called ahead and they quickly found exactly what I needed and set it aside for me. The associates are pleasant and helpful...I think this is my new favorite bookstore!

Great little bookstore! The prices are reasonable and the service is outstanding. If I want a book they dont have it in stock, they can usually get a copy quickly. Makes book shopping fun!
