The goal was delivery of a single long-stemmed rose in an arrangement to a restaurant 5.4 miles from their store for my wifes birthday. The order-takers response: Well, we dont ordinarily deliver a single rose, and we have a minimum purchase for delivery and a delivery charge. Starting a sales pitch with 3 negatives is inexcusable! It was abundantly clear that he didnt want my business. I had to ask him to explain and learned that the minimum purchase would be $50, and the delivery charge would be $12. Interestingly, I had made the same arrangements just a few minutes before through Harbour Bay Florist in Stuart for delivery to my wifes office without any mention of the cost.

after seeing a few pieces of work from simply flowers, I took the chance of giving only a few details about what I was looking for in my wedding flowers, and trusted Darines do the creative thinking. I cant even begin to express how happy I am that I did that. My bouquet was one of the most beautiful and interesting that ive ever seen. I had so many people asking who did them and what the flowers were because they were so exotic and gorgeous. She delivered my vision even better than I could have imagined. She was also so easy to work with and extremely affordable. One of the best details of the whole wedding. Thank you again Darines, you are a true artist!

Left me hanging on my wedding day. More like SHADY flowers. Very disappointing! On the most hectic day of my life, they called me once to let me know they were leaving in 15 minutes on Saturday. Once I got the message I called them back 3 times, never answered!!! They left me high and dry. They knew I needed the flowers that day and had no respect for a paying customer!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING! MORE LIKE SHADY FLOWER! They took the money and ran! Terrible customer service, dont let these people ruin your day as well!!!

Horrible to do business with. I attempted to use them to to deliver flowers out of state which they stated would be "no problem at all". I asked for a conformation email, again told "No problem". The only thing accomplished was me being charged for everything. I have not received any refund to speak of.

Simply Flowers is fantastic!! They take whatever your vision is and then they somehow make it way better then you could have ever imagined! The only bad thing I have to say is they are highly addictive. Their skills, creativity and kindness, will make you want to have event after event!!
