So yesterday I called my friend, who has just endured a hideous illness, all manner of ruptured parts, emergency surgery and is now in rehab, learning to walk again! The rehab center is in Miami, which is not his home town, so he has no visitors to speak of and much like Miss Scarlet he is compelled to “rely on the kindness of strangers”! Now to say my friend has a flair for the dramatic is the understatement of the year, but when he swore he would "give his left one for a package of Oreo cookies" my mission was clear! I immediately began my search for a florist with a sense of humor that would help me with this mission. I called a number of flower shops in Miami, but not a single one would go the extra mile to ensure the safe delivery of some Oreos along with a stunning bouquet of flowers. And finally I called Miami Gardens Florist. I spoke with a wonderful man named Max... I can tell you, Max has a good sense of humor! He was an absolute joy to work with, he understood exactly how important this was to me, and how cherished my friend is. The flowers and cookies were delivered the same day. I spoke with my friend later that day… he thoroughly enjoyed the cookies and raved about the impeccable design and the fine quality of the flowers! He was thrilled to receive them and I could not be happier! Just a side note, my friend just happens to be a world renowned AIFD florist and an incomparable designer. If HE likes them, they have to be wonderful! For my floral needs in Miami, I will always rely on Miami Gardens Florist!

I placed my order online. Called several times to confirm no one answered the phone. Finally when someone answered Steve ..told me the computer is down and my order is probably in route. I called again and emailed Sam, and was told that hed follow-up. Still I heard nothing back. I called one last time and spoke to Carlos. Carlos told me my order had been cancelled and he has no idea why, nor who cancelled it. This place is unorganized, lack of communication. Horrible customer courtesy. I came back to change my review, the manager Carlos actually ended up rectifying my order and apologized for the miscommunication. I really appreciate him for doing this. I understand things happen it was just unfortunate it happened to me. I would definitely recommend them again

I usually do not take the time to write reviews but this is a must. I ordered flowers for my Mother for Mothers Day from Miami Gardens Florist, and it was absolutely incredible, this was the first year without my Dad and the Florist made my Mom smile and so happy with the arrangement they prepared for her. My family has ordered from Miami Gardens Florist in the past and this is where my Dad always ordered my mom her flowers, they are the nicest people, make you feel good, and know just what to send when asked. This is my first google review and feel the need to share my positive experience. I ordered a large bouquet for my mother as a birthday gift. I placed this order from NYC with hopes that everything would go smoothly, and they sure did!! As soon as my mother received the order, she sent me a pic of the flowers and they were SO GORGEOUS!!! She absolutely loved them and so did I. I can only imagine how they looked in person. The arrangement and the flowers were top notch. Ill definitely be back for more!!

Amazing service and Amazing bouquet of flowers . I originally went to this florist without knowing a design for the bouquet , I just knew what kind of flower I wanted , but Max and Maureen took care of it and did an amazing job! Great service , price and amazing customer service !
