I ordered the Simply Lovely arrangement for my mom as an early Valentines Day surprise. In her younger years she was a flower arranger so she can be quite picky and critical of flower arrangements she receives. I was quite surprised and please that she called me to say that the arrangement was "so beautiful, elegant, dainty, and whoever did the arrangement knew what they were doing and it wasnt just thrown together!" So I just had to pass it along that this florist does an excellent job! Thank you. A very satisfied customer! Helen

I was put in charge of getting flowers for a very important specail occasion. I never did flower arrangements before and told this to the lady that was helping me. I told her what I needed and how much money I had for the project. She told me not to worry and she was right. When the three arrangements arrived they were very beautiful and everyone wanted to know who did the arrangements and also started to take pictures of them. Flowers by tony are excellent and I would reccomend them to everyone.

Terrible place. Stopped by today to get a bouquet for my wife birthday. They gave me a catalog, I picked a bouquet and was said it will be ready in 10 minutes. I came back in 15 minutes and nothing was ready. They called lady from the back who I guess had to make it and she said she never got this order from front desk and was working on another order all this time and that ANYWAY she cant make nice bright bouqued I choosed because she have just dark flowers in stock...

Horrible Business Practices! Homepage of website describes a "deal of the day". Called to order, and the person is not familair with the deal. When I guided her to her own website, and showed it to her, she stated "sorry, we will not honor that". Business 101 - on what NOT to do!
