Ask for Nanette - Manager of the pharmacy, ior Mr. Pappas the Store manager, its the only way to get anything done at this store. If you complain they threaten to call the police. Call 1800walgreens make a formal written complaint, this store has lowest service levels and highest pharmacist turnover in the chain.Never has anything in stock, worst service , pharmacist always too busy to talk to you. When they call you back to speak with you the number on the caller id is not correct and if you call it you get another business totally. Also if you want to call the store the walgreens national call center answers the phone and they are even less helpful than the store itself. Dont waste your time with this store go right across the street to tarpon discount drugs where they actually ANSWER THE PHONE have great prices and give good old fashioned customer without keeping you waiting. I went to this store today and they had my medication for only ten days. 99 percent, THANKS.

Weve been using this store - and pharmacy - since 2003. Its silly not to use it because it is extremely convenient and located minutes from our home (near Howard Park). Store is clean and folks that work there seem to stay there - which is rare, these days. In the few times Ive been unhappy with anything, the store manager(s) responded appropriately and quickly. In my most recent experience, there was some type of computer mix-up with one of my auto-refill meds. Rose, Pharmacy Tech, and the Pharmacist on duty, went above and beyond to resolve my issue quickly and completely. So, it is possible to enjoy a "Mom & Pop feel," pharmacy experience with a big name pharmacy chain.

Rudeness and a poor attitude is the norm for Walgreens in Tarpon Springs, Florida. I’m particularly disgusted with the pharmacist, on different occasions I have been yelled at, talked down to, insulted, the pharmacist who seemed to believe she was judge and jury, verbally attacking me for giving my child a medicine which was prescribed by her doctor, Oh, yes, she believes she knows more about my daughter’s medical needs than a team of doctors at Johns Hopkins All Children’s hospital. I have never given a review if a place of business until now. But the attitudes of the employees at this Walgreens guarantees I will always go out of my way to avoid this pharmacy.

...and this girl that works in this place,with lots of tattoos and piercings.is on the shift suppose to help me.but unfortunately ..she is talking to some guy..that i think "owns the walgreens!!!!!!!!!"..just guessing,they dont care that the girl is at work maybe she is on break???.so i am stuck knowing that the western union is closing in 10 min...and has to go to a different place to do my transaction...such a bad4× customer service ...i hope just this girl..not every other else that works here...

24 hour pharmacy is very convenient and rare now a days...but the service is way to slow. They also messed up my medication twice, once stating the dosage "doesnt exist". They filled it a few days later.
