"Superstore" was small and with a basic selection of toys, lubes, and accessories. Although everything was arranged and in appealing displays - there simply wasnt much product to choose from. The dreadlocked young man behind the counter left both my partner and I feeling awkward. Without need nor desire for his presence or assistance, he charged out from behind the counter and began explaining what the various toys would do for my partners clitoris and g spot - before wed scarcely glanced at them. This left us both taken aback. Later, while cashing out, he made quite a lengthy show of examining and comparing my drivers license to the name on my debit card. After (I presume!) seeing my Canadian drivers license, he later in the transaction exclaimed "thats what Im talking aboot" A clear joke at the expense of my Canadian home that is both ignorant and offensive. My partner and I left feeling uncomfortable, unhappy, and just...OFF... with our treatment at the hands of this arrogant, service-poor, cashier. If not wasnt for having to endure Hon again - I would have returned my items on principal for such an abhorrent level of customer service.

I ordered some shoes with them weeks ago. I left my number and asked them to leave a message on my voicemeil in case i dont answer. I called back every week to check on my order. I was always told that it hasnt arrived until last week. Last week i was told that they came in, were put on the shelve and pretty much sold instantly. Why even bother and order through them??? Apparently the owner brings the shoes whenever she or he feels like swinging by... how can this happen? Im seriously upset. There are many more stores out there with a better selection and much better service. Save your time if you are looking for something they dont have.
