So up until now I have always loved this store. The store itself is still amazing ! But tonight .. well .. everything seemed to be going fine, I had only been in the store a couple mins, when a worker walked up to me and asked if I left a baby alone in my car. At first I just giggled and said no. But once I realized how serious she was, I reassured her no baby was left alone in my car and asked why she was asking. She said "you called earlier" I shook my head and again told her there was no baby and I hadnt made any calls to the store. I went to pull out my phone to show her my call log. She walked to the window and asked if the black car was mine, I told her no, I have the blue van. She asked me again if I left a baby in there and then started threatening to call the cops on me. I told her repeatedly they could go look, no baby. After that she was really nasty to me the entire time .. like .. I get why you would be upset about that but .. there was two girls working, one of them could have gone and looked in my windows and than came and apologized in less time then it took to harass and totally embarrass me like they did. . I honestly can not beleive I just got treated like that for no reason

This store and how its run is horrible. I was sold multiple toys that did not work that came with "warranties" and when I contacted the company the warranties were through none of them could help me. Long story short, the sales people shove the most expensive product down your throat and have no idea what theyre talking about. I spent almost a $1000 on stuff that doesnt work correctly once you bring it home. Everything is just PERFECT when you test it in the store but once you go to charge before use LIKE YOURE TOLD each toy STOPPED WORKING. I asked for a refund and i was told no. I was told I could pick out a separate one for half off... absolutely not! Dont ever buy anything from this store. Half the time the manufacturers information and the warranty information are hard to find or non existent. I had to call the store back just so they could tell me they cant find the manufacturers information. They do not care about their products or customers. They dont know anything about the products and make up anything to get you to buy it

I went to this location last week and despite feeling a little nervous the ladies there were very polite and welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable. So today my husband and I decided to go and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Candy. She had the biggest smile and very willing to help. She kept asking if I was ok, and if there was anything specific I was looking for. She definitely made me feel comfortable there. She is very professional. She is the cutest lady ever. I cant wait to go again. This is my new favorite store to go to.. The selection there is amazing as well

Yes i understand you have to be 18 years or older to get in with an i.d. i am a single mother with a almost 8 month old baby that was in her car seat and they told me she cant come inside. Thats the most ridiculous thing ive ever heard. Maybe if she was walking then maybe i would understand. Overall its a great place but the age rule is stupid when it comes to an infant of 8 montha like i said.

Very clean store and good selection. Great place for women to shop also. They will spend the time with you to explain any questions you may have. Very bright inside and out!
