The staff of this location was completely rude to me and my mother. They wouldnt listen to our issue and responded with slick remarks. I have never had such horrible customer service ever. I was also super over charged for everything that I purchased. These people take complete advantage to make sure that they get a pretty penny off of the customers. I am never going to return to this location ever!

I havent even came into the store yet and Im already disgusted. I called in before going to make a purchase and I was placed on hold very rudely and then Hung up on. Im not even going in anymore. Customer Service sucked

Very rude people and unethical people! I had to get my phone replaced and the guy tried to charge me for a replacement knowing the phone was under warranty. Do not recommend this place.
