Took a trip to St Aug back in May 2016. Stopped into this nice hobby shop, seen some pretty cool drones and I decided to purchase one. After spending a few hundred dollars, the cashier claimed how helpful the owner was with drones, and told me if I ever had a problem to contact him anytime at the number on the card. I was impressed. So, here is the review. After a few weeks the motors on the drone had problems, one stopped working and another is not far behind and not running properly. After numerous calls in the past 4 months and speaking with the owner once on the phone and members of his staff a few times, I still have anot expensive piece of plastic that does not work. Ill just take this as a lesson learned. Since then I have bought another drone, works great and great customer service. Hopefully when I make another trip down from Indiana I will get the opportunity to take this back for a full refund. We shall see

I highly recommend this store to everyone interested in this type of manly merchandise. They offered to sharpen my knife for free, even though I did not purchase it there. They also replaced the screws on it with blue titanium ones I brought in along with the swing bolt for free. In return, I purchased an excellent Spyder sharpener from them. All of this was going on in the aftermath of a hurricane repair to the owners home. You cannot find better customer service or products anywhere. I am also in the customer service business, and I know some people are hard to please, so take these negative posts with a grain of salt, and read the responses. I will be back for more great service!

the owner is humble, polite, friendly and will go out of his way to help you. I am disabled and he helps me when needed. however you do get provolking beggers, young able to work, harassing old people and women. He will stick up for them in a amicable way if need be and police are not around at that time. I saw the picture of the guy that gave him a bad post. Im sure he wasnt a patron and see him around, he got issues and should leave the working man alone. enough said , visit the place and you will see their good people and interesting stuff which make a good vacation place to visit that store.

I can not too highly praise the owner for making my son feel as if his vacation knife purchase was very important and the only thing he had to do that day. He only made a 15 dollar sale but he earned my respect and a return customer. In a touristy area with lots of junk shops personal, friendly and genuine customer service makes the difference. Drop in and but something fun. I will be back every time I return to St. Augustine. Thank you bear mountain.

The store owner recently came out of store harassing a disabled person that was on the other side of the plaza where is store is located. He did this twice within a 7 day period & its unacceptable to treat a disabled person the way he did. The Saint Augustine Police Department had been called twice within this 7 day period.

The store owner harasses some people & claims authority over property that he does not own to the point where the police had to be called twice within in 7 days time period because of this situation.
