Today my wife and I stopped into a Ross store located in Sanford, Florida near the Town Center Mall and were appalled at the managers response when he was told there was no toilet paper in the womens bathroom. He said that he knew there was no toilet paper and that it was on order. So does this mean that the store is being help hostage by company policy or is the manager to lazy to run out and buy some toilet paper. How gross! So what do the employees do while they wait? Feel like notifying the health department.

I dont mind the distance but far but I like how so many to choose, my only problem are the stuff, so rude, is not friendly, I just ask some question about the item but their response just WOW so cold and not friendly. I get it they tired but customer always important and remember.. many people out there look for job.

Good prices. Staff isnt all that nice, but they generally stay out of your way. Kinda dingy atmosphere. If Im ever in need of a non-specific type of clothing, Ill try here first.
