I was extremely pleased with the assistance I received from Amber Severon in Ladies clothing swimwear. I called to check stock...she immediately checked and I was successful... so I asked her to hold for a couple of hours till I could get into store. Unfortunately I was delayed so called to ask if she could hold swimwear to following am which she said she was happy to do....and it was on the hold rack when I arrived the following am. In these days of abysmal customer service almost everywhere it was wonderful to have such a cheery, helpful person to assist me. Thank you so much Amber I hope you get a raise in SALARY

Excellent help from Gita and Clinique counter staff ! Thank you so much for helping me match my foundation and recommending skin care products as well as getting me a great deal ! Belks is a really nice store with plenty of merchandise to choose from and great perfume and skincare counters. More people need to shop at this mall and not drive to Jacksonville since we have everything here in Saint Augustine.

Horrible, but typical of Belks "bait and switch". Tried again today to buy some shirts, but the vast majority that I wanted were "3XL" XXL" . No thanks Belks..This is almost as bad as your misreps on your website..They will probably not publish this as they disdain honest feefback.

Friendly staff and really good prices. Quality, variety and selection of clothes for men, women, teens and children very nice. Shoes good quality too. Definitely a good place to shop.

The ads. are misleading and the prices in them different than the prices in the cashiers computers. The associates are cordial and willing to solve problems.
