Always loved this place until today. I was at the checkout and the cashier asked if I wanted to apply for rewards and receive 10% off today so I said yes since I always shop there and figured it would be nice to get discounts. Well she lied, she told me I had to write down my Ssn and give her my drivers license and then AFTER I paid, she told me that next time I come in, I need to come to her and get my 10% off. I spoke with a manager when I got home and seen that my credit had been ran and went down, and the manager told me that all the information the cashier gave me was false. I only get 10% off if Im approved for the CREDIT CARD she applied for WITHOUT my permission in MY NAME! She said absolutely nothing about a credit card when I was checking out. All she said it was, was a rewards for discounts!!!

I will never shop here again. The customer service was terribly rude!!! They asked me to get out of one of their chairs even after I told them Im diabetic and my sugar was dropping. She said either take it up front and buy it or get up. I will never go back here again!!!!

Great name brand products at an affordable price. Friendly service every time and are knowledgeable about the store and location of items. Check out is a little slower than most would like it to be but they still get you out in a timely manner :)
