Although you can find great bargains and most of the staff is great MAKE SURE YOU CHECK ALL OF YOUR PACKAGES AFTER YOU MAKE A PURCHASE!!!! When I arrived home merchandise was missing and when I called the store the clerk was EXTREAMLY RUDE!!! I ask him to check if I forgot a package and he said I was ridiculous for asking this question. I told him exactly what he is... And when I finally got in touch with the owner he never returned my call to resolve the issue. I have contacted the BBB and the FTC about certain comments made to me on 12/4/11.

Owner was frazzled and constantly tries to up sell. No return policy so if you are planning a party, you better know exactly what you need otherwise you are stuck with your extras or with store credit. More expensive than party city. Aside from location to Palm Beach Gardens there is nothing special about this store. I will drive to party city in the future.

Love this place. Theyve been my go-to for fun, eclectic party supply, educational essentials (every child needs the multiplication table placemat), costume jewelry, practical gifts and home items! I find things there that I cant find other places.

I love this store, it is a little bit dollar store, little bit party store, little bit teacher store. I have bought many items there. Many of the items arent priced marked and I think they just make it up at the register as they go along.
