I went to my local Walmart Neighborhood Market at midnight since it is open 24 hours and I found that it was absolutely disgusting. Before ever walking into the store at the entrance where one gets a shopping cart, a horrible odor hit me that smelled like something was rotten. As I walked into the store there were 5 employees sitting on the electric shopping carts just chatting with apparently nothing to do. I looked around and couldnt find the individual energy drinks that I was looking for. So I went to the hair product aisle which was the main reason I went. Again, I came across the same foul odor. I have no idea what it was but I couldnt even stop and compare what kind of hairspray I wanted to purchase so I settled because I didnt want to hold my breath anymore. I know that at night is when the store restocks but there were boxes all over the floor almost in the middle of the aisles, which could pose a huge risk for people. There were also those orange packs (that I guess are used to absorb water) all over the registers and the freezer area. I have seen them multiple times in the same spot in the freezer area every time I go to the store (and I go to the store 2-3 times a week). When I went to check-out there were about 15 people in line with only one register open. I got home and opened a package of milk duds I bought and they were all melted and stuck together and I know for a fact that I have never seen them like that before when I have bought them in other places. I go to this store often and if this store doesnt change and get cleaner and more organized I am going to stop going there altogether. They also need to stock up on more products because I have gone to this store many times to find that a specific spot is empty or they dont have any other flavors of a certain product.

I was harassed by staff members at this location. If you have another choice, GO TO A DIFFERENT WALMART. I was in the self check out line, as I had been 100s times before and when the automatic voice stated that something unexpected had been place in the bagging area, I immediately lifted the last thing I scanned out of the bag and then placed it back in the bag. That lets me know that this particular machine was off a bit because the automatic voice went off and I still had everything in there as I had before. However, a staff member came over to me and did not say anything to me, he instead snatched by bag and proceeded to go through it. That in itself is not acceptable. I grabbed my bag and told him something on the lines of my bags are fine. He continued to try and reach for my bags. I told him if he wanted to check my bag, then he needed to ask me respectfully, but you will not continue to touch something in a way thats illegal and clearly in a harassing manner. I only had 4 items, totaling 5.89. A manager then came up and and was rude and out right mean. He did not provide me with a customer service number, he did not apologize for my experience, he refused to write down the staff members names. He then abruptly ended the conversation, put his hand up and walked away. This is unacceptable and NO one should experience harassment like this, ever. If you have a choice on Walmarts, I do not recommend this one. After a thorough complaint and viewing of the video surveillance cameras, I was told that those staff members were formally disciplined. This is ongoing for this store, because I see someone else had a similar complaint.

awful and the WORST employees ever. This place sucks. Ive dealt with abusive cashiers, to rude managers. No one here has it together. I dealt with a terrible cashier named lynda, who was psycho and rude. This walmart is full of the most negative evil scum of the earth. If you are a positive person or good looking some of the crazy associates will go out of their way to bully, abuse or be mean to you. No kidding the spawns of the devil work at this place- some of the worst human beings period. There are nice people too, no doubt, but the negative ones and their hideous ways outweigh anything else. The managers are rude, the cashiers are disrespectful, rude- not all but some. Some of the rude mean bullying people that work here are- thomas, jeanie, lynda, and a few others. There is a super nice guy that works as cashier too sometimes, he is nice, and some others. But the bullies I listed along with the other ones are the scum of the earth. There is also a black female cashier, no customer service skills who works at night. Sick of these miserable negative jerks keep their pathetic selves in the stock room. I have been to other neighborhood markets and nothing is as bad as this one.

Walmart Neighborhood Market at Alafaya and McCulloch is the worst one around. Never before have I been ripped off by so many Cashiers. I have gone back three different times to complain to the Manager. Manager, not very concerned, he tried to make me fill like I was over reacting. Last time I went back to complain, the cashier took my bottle of wine. They like to forget to give you items, they set them on the floor. I re commend you only purchase a few items so you can keep track of what you are buying. The carts are bad, wheels are messed up. I only pick up my meds there Pharmacy is great no problems, theyre always very helpful. :)

This one beats all. The store, service, customer service, overall cleanliness of store is extremely poor, order of items stocked on shelves sloppy, friendliness of employees is extremely poor, presentation of employees (no uniform or very sloppily dressed employees), Its a shame that it has to be like this. All of the Walmarts I have been in have the same issues. I guess to cut prices they have to sacrifice everything else. Theres got to be a way!!!

Rudest managers and customer service representatives. They didnt care to help me and as a manager in food services I knew right off the bat the customer service rep told the manager before he arrived not to help me. There was no apology and then the cashier walked away as if I wasnt going to make a purchase of what things were in my hands. This is why I happily shop at Publix and Target because Walmart employees are just as bad as the stores traffic is.

They refuse to honor prices with rain checks. On March 4th I bought the last 4 Diet Pepsi 2 liter bottles and wanted to buy 8 more and asked for a rain check. They took my name and number and said they would call me when Pepsi was delivered the next day. They never called and today I went there and again, no stock. I spoke to customer service and they said the two liter bottles were a "finger item" and they dont issue rain checks for them.

This location is well stocked, ample parking, self checkouts and no bums harassing you for change in the parking lot. You can get in and out of there quickly. Much cheaper than Publix across the street with the same quality of service. The only thing Publix has better is they will cary your groceries to the car. That shopping center is always packed too so unless you need help carying groceries use this store for faster and cheaper service.
