I shop here a lot due to the fact that we are a family with 4 children and besides the fact that it is right down the road from our house, the prices are pretty fair. I will say that the 2 things that drive me nuts about this Walmart is that they are ALWAYS out of different items we need to purchase at the time. The stocking here is horribly slow and number 2 is the employees can never tell me where to find What I am looking for. They are usually just as clueless as I am when trying to find something that I have no clue where it is at. And most times instead of saying hold on let me get somebody else to help you they say "sorry" and walk away leaveing me standing there like, OK. Oh and one more negative thing is that the fruit and veggies here seems to go bad very fast. It is a very clean facility thought!! And that is a plus when we bring our children along to shop with us.

My fiance bought a ring for our engagement on Feb 12th for valentines day, which was a friday, they said it wouldnt ship till the tuesday and said it would take 2 weeks to get resized. Thats fine. Then when 2 weeks came, no ring. They said it still hasnt came, so I gave it another half a week and called still no ring. They then had said it got sent to the wrong department at the lab and should be here the following week, the following week came, still no ring. Its been a month. Still no ring they called me wed march 9th and said it was shipped back to Walmart at 5AM and should be here Friday. Friday came no ring. Then they called me again today Sun march 13 and said your ring just left the facility and should be here early next week. So many different stories and it it ridiculous to wait over a month for a ring to be sized. Never will buy another ring from here!

Why am I waiting 10 minutes just to pick up my order. Staff keep walking past me and Im still waiting. This is ridiculous. These signs about 5 minute max wait times are lies!! I waited for over 15 minutes and then had to call Wal-Mart phone number to then wait again another 5 for someone to actually ask if I need help. I pressed the call button 3 separate times as well. There are so many workers just walking around. They are rude! After all the waiting and the phone calls where I was just transferred back and worth so many times to be put on endless hold on the end, my shipment was sent back. I am waiting on my refund, it can take up to a week to just get my money back. Wal-Mart employees need to be trained to be able to at least answer phone calls and obviously help the customers that are waiting for assistance.

Pick up hours were not posted online. Went at 6:30am to pick up online order, after pressing call button and waiting for over 10 minutes, a manager came by and told me pickup window doesnt open until 8:00am. I was never notified that order was in. I checked Wal-Mart s app and my order came in previous day at 9:20am. I usually use Amazon to order everything. Thought i would try Wal-Mart as they are trying to compete. I will be going back to Amazon. Not a happy camper at all.

Got my tires changed here and they didnt fully inform me on what the whole cost would be, so after doing my own calculations, I thought my bill would be around 180, not 220. Not to mention while changing my tires the mechanic on duty lost one of the lug nuts to my tire and replaced it with a screw. Now am I not only displeased with the fact they didnt tell me the correct price, but my car looks trashy with one lug nut being different from the rest.

Dont like this store. Horribly long lines with only a few registers open, thee employees arent very helpful, and the first of the month is always a horrible time here. Never buy the fruits or vegetables from here, as theyre shipped frozen and rot very quickly. Products here are very poorly made and they never honor their price match guarantees along with the employees always treating you like youre going to steal something.

I bought gifts off of a wedding registry and chose to pick them up at the Alliance Wal-Mart and was told they would be ready at 9:45 am. I arrived at the free pick up area and was told my items were not in stock. Then when I asked to cancel my purchase they told me it would take 4-7 days to refund my bank account! This was not convenient for me at all!! I will not be using their free pick up again!!

Well organized store and pleasant people. This unfortunately falls victim to the shift in overall Walmart policy that seems to keep the store under stocked. Even though its the best stocked Walmart I have seen, its still far below what it used to be. Lastly, the Walmart App works wonderfully, I have saved a great deal of money with the savings catcher feature!

Best walmart to go to at night nobody there. But have been treated rudely by one of the greeters that works there I just had knee surgery and had to use one of the electronic carts and she just made a big fuss over it and made me not wanna shop there. I still see she works there but she was really nasty maybe find her something else to do then greet,

Love the Alliance, Ohio Walmart. I can be in Canton and will drive past two Walmarts to go to the one in Alliance! I love everything about the store, the greeters are always nice and welcome you to the store. Its clean, the shelves are always stocked and if you cant find something or reach something on the top shelf, theyll always lend hand!

Its always super busy, not enough registers are open at any time of the day or week. They are almost always out of lots of stuff and the employees even though are really helpful they can also be really rude. Theres always boxes of stock laying out in the aisles making shopping difficult. Though it had just about everything a person could need.

The store is a mess. They shelves arent always stocked. They dont have competition on our town so they dont make necessary changes. I bought chicken once and it was spoiled. I have noticed they have begun to stock more organic products and their prices are low. Aldi has better prices and just as good if not better quality store brand items.

We were in there about an hour and only one employee said hi or acknowledged our existence. Most of the store was neat and orderly however the clearance aisle was a complete wreck. Only 2 check lanes open which is probably why the self check-out lanes were flooded. I personally dont like using them.

Workers arent always friendly at least partially due to insane shifts (4am - 1pm) and constant juggling of days worked to go with hours added/cut. Hopefully new mgmt. will quit treating them strictly as numbers. On the plus side the store is usually clean and well-stocked.

I called about a certain vaccum, and they kept answering every 3-5 minutes asking what I was on hold for and then said "okay let me go look." I was on the phone for almost 20min before they said they dont carry the vacuum in their store.
