Overall its not bad. The problem is the lack of "security". High priced or sought after items are usually thrown on shelves that shouldnt be. You walk up and see "oh neat, I might be able to use this" only to find out someone stole the item. This happens WAY too much here. There needs to be a better process for sorting these items, placing them in a glass case and protecting those items for those who actually want to PAY for those items. I mean, who wants to steal a Nickelback CD? I dont know, but ask the person who did and left the jewel case on the shelf in another department. How about that network card you could have used in a vintage pc? Nope, gone someone stole it and left the box up on the shelf with all the other contents. Get it together guys, theres a lot of people out there who want to spend their money, and when the items are stolen - you lose the sale.

Yes, the store is clean, but they consistently over price their items. They usually charge more than an item would cost new. Last night they had a bike priced at $100, when a new one could be had for $50-$70 (the same bike). We were going to ask for discount when we saw that the brakes were cut and didnt work. I dont expect them to know that something works before putting it out on the floor, so I thought it was my duty to let them know they were selling a deathtrap. I told the workers and they said they were aware the brakes were cut and that is why it was priced so cheaply!!! I dont call charging double the cost of new cheap, besides that they should not be allowed to sell a defective vehicle. If a child or teen buys this without checking, they could find themselves in an accident and die! This is a serious matter.

The best thrift shop for furniture and housewares in the area that I have found. We bought a set of three very nice, clean dining table chairs for $10 each (theyd be worth more than $75 each brand new!) We also got a great Dyson vacuum cleaner here for $80 (pricy, but absolutely worth it because nothing is wrong and it works like a champ). We got a great, dark wood storage tower for $20 I believe? The only problem was trying to fit it in the car! But it was such a great piece with great construction and hardly any nicks or dings on it. The pricing is more than fair here. There have been a few other smaller house items weve gotten from here as well. Ive noticed that the selection here seems to be more up to date and "trendy" than in other local thrift stores, you just have to look carefully.

I think the first and only review was unfair, disconnected, and rather irrational. Criticism toward a bike with cut brakes is a tad silly. I dont know many people that go full speed to test out brakes off the sales floor. Anyway..... This is a very well organized, and clean thrift store. It is unfortunate to see them over price some items. One thing to keep in mind is the prices are not consistent, as in any thrift store. Meaning, you have to have a good idea of what you should be spending. I picked up a powermac G5 valued well over 600 dollars at the time for 100 dollars with monitor. So, its not as if you cant get a great deal. You just should be an informed buyer. This is true of any thrift store. Overall on of the best thrift stores in town. Just bring a smart phone with you.

Waste of time! Dont care about costumers! Only Goodwill Ive ever seen with a so called "que line". They had a stantion sitting next to an aisle with no one in it. No sign I had no idea what it was for so I went up to the register waited for the person in front of me and put my stuff on the counter and the guy at the register tells me theres a line! I told him no one was in it and theres no sign stating thats a line and the women who just got in line wouldnt let me go first. I had my 1yr old with me and picked her up and left my stuff right there! You wanna be like that then you can put your stuff back. Worst experience in a goodwill ever!

I have shopped almost all of the Goodwills in the Orlando area and this location is, by far, the best especially since there was a change in management a few months ago. Sure, there are times it is messy, but the employees and volunteers try to keep it as neat as possible. It tends to be the customers that cant put things back or allow their kids to roam the facility. I shop at this store about three times a week and always find some nice deals - providing they are not picked up by the antique dealers/vendors in the Oviedo area. :)

This is a very nice Goodwill location. We donate here and buy stuff here--good quality and variety. They also have daily discounts based on the tag color on the items, which can add up to a big discount if you happen to find items with that color that day. They also honor veterans and students by providing discounts.

Comb through the glasswares to buy lovely china teacups and plates, or crystal wine glasses. Check out the books if youre a literature lover who is willing to try reading a book you may have heard of once, rather than the book you came there for.

Lots of goodies mixed in with lots of crap, just like every Goodwill! The staff is always friendly, and the store is always clean. It has the biggest collection of furniture Ive seen in a Goodwill with fair prices all around!

Great bargin hunter dream store. I bought a mens Brooks Brothers suit for a steal. I saw a customer walk away with real Coach handbag once. Clean and well kept. I always stop by just too brouse.
