I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! 5 days ago I had my tragus pierced at a terrible shop on the corner of Dean and University. My piercing was infected and extremely painful and the skin was growing over the stud after 5 days of continuing all of the necessary care. When I went back to the shop where I had it pierced they wouldnt help me. So I called Orlando Tattoo Company (I had never been there before) and spoke with Stevo. I told him what happened to me and he said I could come in and see him and he would do his best to try to help me out. He was so WONDERFUL to me from the moment I talked to him on the phone until the moment I left the shop! Even though I got it done somewhere else, Stevo took care of me as if I was a friend of his. Unfortunately he had to remove my jewelry completely. However, he told me in great detail how to care for the infection over the next few weeks! This was truly the best experience I have ever had with a piercer and I will be visiting Stevo when my tragus heals to have him redo my piercing! Because of this one awesome experience I will now be a totally loyal customer to them! They were amazing. Thank you Stevo!

I go to Stevo as my personal piercer for everything. Hes done my septum, angel bites, Ashley piercing, nipples and my venom bites. Every time theyve come out great. I have never been disappointed. He is very cleanly and takes time in making sure that things line up right and that its the exact placing that you want. He also has a very approachable personality which makes getting your piercings a fun experience instead of just a downright painful one. Every time I go I have a blast. Hes has never been rude about if I needed to take a break in between piercings. He makes sure that I am as comfortable as possible. You will be well informed on aftercare routines by him too. If you want to get a piercing and have it done right go to him! He really knows what hes doing. I know Ill be going back for more in the future. Make sure you tip! Also they have a customer loyalty card which allows you to get $50 off a piercing or 20% off a tattoo after five visits so if you know youll be a repeat customer definitely go here. I got my venom bites today for $10. Cant wait to go again! :)

Second time Ive got here for an ear piercing and let me tell you, this is the place Im going to go back to again and again. This place is very clean, extremely friendly and I do not have one complaint what so ever. Stevo did both of my piercings, and I have never had an issue with them. Last night I went and had an orbital done and not only was it extremely quick, but he did an amazing job fitting the piercing to the jewlery, since its sort of a custom fit, depending on your ear. Theres no pulling or stretching whatsoever and its very comfortable. He took his time, on both occasions, making sure the piercings were exactly where I wanted them and had no issues when I asked him to correct it when I wanted it a little different. I would totally recommend this place.

My 16 y/o sister and I have been here about 4 times we got our ears pierces, i got one she got two by Roberto, she got her smiley done and i did my nose ring with Steve-O, and have had jewelry changed. The customer service is exceptional compared to the many other places I have been (i have another ear pierced a smiley and an eye microdermal, i absolutely loved the results and I have healed very well, having in mind I already have experience on taking care of my piercings i think they still did a great job in telling me what to expect and aftercare, I absolutely recommend Orlando Tattoo Company for piercings and customer service specially because they are willing to answer any and all of your questions. They do amazing, nearly painless tattoos and swift flawless piercings but as sweet as they all are their communication with customers suck. I booked an appointment at 2pm with a deposit and I kept being told the artist that was going to do my tattoo doesnt work during the day instead of informing me that he was coming in specifically for my appointment. I tried to reschedule and they basically made me play the waiting game. When the artist finally got in at 7pm he said he had a tattoo that was going to take 3 hours so Im basically SOL until he finished which I work overnight so it was not possible. I was given no alternate option or anything. Just got stuck with pick another day or wait. Not good communication or customer service at all.

This place is great! Went in last night to get my nose pierced for my birthday and couldnt be happier with the results. Staff were awesome and funny, and I talked to several of the piercers and artists that were there. Very relaxed atmosphere, clean shop, and knowledgeable guys. Dan also got my markings right on the first try and experience was as quick and painless as can be. Had questions on other piercings and Dan explained everything with a smile. Also told me how to take care of my piercing and gave my the paper with aftercare instructions. Could have been a little more in depth on aftercare instructions but I have had other piercings before so knew what to do. Would definitely recommend for piercings.

I got a tattoo on my foot at OTC a couple of days ago and I am so happy that I did! It is seriously beyond perfect and my tattoo exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was incredible! I told the artist what I wanted and he was more than willing to make any changes I wanted. I made him change and re-angle my tattoo several times and he didnt blink twice about it. The shop is extremely clean and well put together. The pricing is fair and compares almost identically to any other tattoo shop around the UCF area. The artist and his apprentice made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the tattoo and constantly made sure I was okay. I am definitely going back there if I ever want any more work done! Love it!

I was alright before I got there. When I got there, I wanted to run for the door. The gentleman who did my nose piercing was compassionate, patient and understanding. I wish I remembered his name. He eased all my fears and it was as easy as 1 2 3. Once he told me to open my eyes, I asked if that was it and he said yes. He answered all of my questions, even the ones that were common sense, but he still answered them. Although Im done with piercings, I will definitely be going there for my upcoming tattoos. He even gave me tatto placement suggestions, how can I not go back?

I was visiting from out of town and was referred to otc by all the great reviews i read on google and yelp and am more than happy with my decision. Johnny was my tattoo artist and not only taking his time with making sure the tattoo would come out nicely, he was very cooperative with me to work with my idea so it would come out even better then i planned coming in. The tattoo came out great and the rate was more then reasonable. I would highly recommend going to this shop for any tattoos your considering getting. GREAT JOB GUYS KEEP IT UP!
