I was recommended to Graybar by a product rep in Orlando. The product was one that Graybar carries. I made several calls to Victor and always got a canned answer and NEVER got anywhere after 2-3 weeks of complete runaround. I called another supplier and had the supplies I needed within 48-hours. If you need simple electrical supplies then you are probably OK but beyond that look elsewhere.
