Generally the employees are extremely polite and welcoming. However they have recently hired a new employee his name I believe is Rajive. Im not sure because he refused to give me his name when asked in order to write a formal complaint. Ive been going to this gas station for my entire life. This is the worst employee they have ever had. As long as he works there I will not be going there.

Five stars for convenience but three stars for accessibility and actually getting gas. When there is not one place is great, but when they are busy it is very hard to navigate the pumps.

Almost got left without gas couldnt find the gas station with the gps hopefully google accepts the new updated location bcuz it took me to a complex instead of the gas station

Nothing else is even close by to Bay Hill. Besides who would even want other garbage like the Circle K?

Bathrooms are very foul smelling. It looks somewhat clean without the use of minimal chemicals.
