Truck has been here over two weeks for an air leak and a radiator. The only time we heard from "The truck shop" is when we called them they, even though they said they would return my call, never did. The Owner waited until Tuesday of second week to order parts, Thursday the wrong part came in so they reorder the part, blaming factory for changing parts mid year, (this is the 8th Sterling we have owed) (we had a small fleet). Friday 16:00 we go to see how the truck is, I get yelled at for going behind the fence where he is talking to me, Im thinking that we got jack around, so I said were getting jacked off when on the correct side of the fence, the manger asked what I had said so I told him "jack off" because thats how I felt. Well, he threw a fit changed his payment policy to cash only on Friday at 4:30, (I think "jack off" is a very polite word for someone who changes there payment policy at 1645 on a Friday) so I lost a load for Monday I dont know if the truck is fixed or if he is going to take the radiator out, which he threaten to do. VERY IMMATURE & DISORGANIZED (your probably not surprised that I will not be back or recommend this place) Around 1845 We did pu the truck with a certified check, (the sectary was kind enough to wait until we got back). I asked about what the warranty on the work was, which nobody knew and was instructed to call on Monday just make sure to talk with "Tim" the shop foreman (who must have been on vacation?). The serpentine belt squeals like a stuck pig we still lost the load on Monday so Ill try some belt dressing over the weekend and go from there. One week later on are first load after "The truck stop " work on it we went to our first pu and while loading we notice a 4" tear in the translucent ceiling about three feet from the front part of cargo box. We haul alot of electronic equipment and know that tear and bent roof line was not there before they work on it. After calling "The truck stop" there comment was "Well, its a he said she said" problem now we will not do anything. We will not be back!

Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. The Truck Shop had my truck for 9 days. The only time there was any communication was when i called them. They finally call me to tell me my truck is fixed and I can come pick it up and when I get there they charge me 306.01 for a O2 sensor only to drive a tenth of a mile down the road to turn around and take it back because its running the same as when I towed it in there. After complaining and asking to talk to the mechanic that worked on my truck I was told he already left for the day. When asking them what they planned on doing about the money I already paid them they told me I could leave the truck and they would look at it again but would be charging me another hourly rate for a job they failed to complete the first time. The owner is rude and very unprofessional!! So rude that we were in a yelling and screaming match right there in the middle of the office. Instead of trying to defuse the situation like most professionally ran companies he basically told me to kiss his ass. Never in my life have I experienced such lack of unprofessionalism and caring!!! They are a scam and will never go back or ever recommend them to anyone!!! What a joke!!!!!

***STAY AWAY*** I sure wish I wouldve read all these reviews before having them come out on a service call. Trust me, the 2.4 rating is higher than what they deserve. They came out to my home, looked at my vehicle, told me exactly what I already knew (I have a brake fluid leak and the calipers need to be replaced). Said theyd have to tow it to their shop, made it sound like they had a "guy" who could do it for $295, but it turns out they have their own tow trucks. They wouldnt be able to give me even a ballpark figure of what this might cost me, until they had it at the shop and taken apart. But thats not the best part... their service call fee, which included travel time (20 minutes) and 1 hour of labor (5 minutes looking under my vehicle and telling me they needed to tow it to the shop), was a total of $350. Is it just me or does that sound like a ripoff??? After calling the office and disputing the charges with the manager, they brought it down to $275. Wow! Thank you for reminding me to always check reviews before calling any service company.

Due to my adventurous nature I found myself stranded on the side of the road with a shredded tire and no spare. Far from home with no clue as to my location this company found me with an utterly impressive response time. The gentleman that responded had the sort of professionalism that you would never expect in this day and age. My truck runs an oddball sized tire and yet I was back on the road within 30 minutes of my call. If you are looking for roadside assistance give this company a call and you will be pleasantly surprised with their timely response and fair pricing. This company will solve your problems simple as that. Sincerely, Sergeant Flannery, Shawn P. United States Marine Corps

My husband and I would like to thank Alexis, Diane, and all the technicians that were involved and worked on our motor home, and a very special thanks goes out to Nate. Nate kept constant communication with us on the progress of the repair. Very polite and knowledgeable. This shop did everything to protect our motorhome from covering everything; to taking off their shoes. Took before and after photos of the repairs. Nate battled for us with Good Sams extended warranty service. (Good Sams wants to never have to pay out for anything, but that is another review completely). Repair list was very detailed. Great honesty and integrity from this shop, we would recommend them to anyone!

On first contact Tim "shop foreman" seemed nice enough and knowledgable. Two weeks and two days later with only contact with shop being prompted by me, my opinion of Tim "shop joke" had changed. This guy blamed his lack of performance on everything but the weather. Excuse after excuse, and when I decided to put an end to it, then came the lies. The repairs Tim claimed to have finished were not even touched and he attempted to turn the situation into an argument. When I went to retrieve my truck he hid from me. My advice to anyone who would listen is STAY AWAY from this shop. I am a pretty patient and understanding person, but this guy and shop tried every bit of it.

Worst ever, charged $300 for a tow after afender bender, held my auto hostage at $25 a day and charged $450.00 to release from behind the fenced in lot. these folks are lke voltures circling the road for injured or dying prey on the side of the road. if you should be unfortunate enough to be towed by the "Truck Shop" pay up and get out as fast as you can.
