Rude manager. The BOSS Lady said yesterday at 4:43pm they were closed and come back tomorrow. Posted hours say they close at 5. Came in today for the same simple switch "Driver Door Jamb/Ajar switch" which would take max 5 minutes to grab. Arrived 4:23pm. Parked at front disabled spot right in front of the entrance so I know they saw me and my friend there. I went to the portajohn at the entrance and when I got out, they closed the entrance. 4:29pm. They said theyre closed at 4:30. Got into a dispute with the unprofessional woman about them closing and how long it took me to get there both days. (45 mins.) She outright didnt care for my business. While wearing my veteran attire walking into the entrance limping with cane in hand, she tells my I should "wake up earlier, and follow the rules". While she tried to be pushy as a tough country girl, she failed in demonstrating my value as a customer and as a veteran. Days earlier I discovered, unlike most u-pull salvage yards, she didnt offer military discounts. The place had a lot of vehicles, good pull-worthy stuff, but dont expect great customer service. When you encounter that travesty, dont act like nobody warned you. Dont go here if you have a choice. I told her I wont be returning, and in front of other customers, she said thats fine. People like that will never truly succeed, they will just struggle their entire lives wondering why everyone critiques their attitudes toward others.

Rude "boss lady". Been there once before, its a decent layout and organized. But my god, the customer service is horrible. The poor friendly staff has to deal with that woman daily, and im sympathetic for them. She does not adhere to the posted businesses hours, and closing admittance before posted such hours because its her "rule" is unprofessional and unacceptable. If you want to close your gates at 4:30, post those as your operating hours! Its really simple. You operate a scrap yard, which is solely reliant on people pulling to make you money. You turned down money because it was your unposted "rule" even though me and a friend parked at 4:23, used the restroom (which people saw) and than turned us down. That is why small businesses stay small businesses in this area. She could have handled that situation with more cordial tact but chose attitude instead. According to her the customer is not always right and in front of customers said "thats fine" to us not coming back. She does not value the importance of reputation or problem solving solutions especially in front of customers. Good luck lady. Your employees ultimately pay the price of your pride.

bought a taillight at their 50% off sale and paid for insurance . light did not work and took it back. the boss told me at that sale that things were bought as is and not returnable. she gave me back my insurance fee and told me to sell the bad one I bought from them on ebay. that tells me a lot about this yard. two years ago i bought a trans from their yard ,pulled it myself and it turned out to be bad. they wanted 300. 00 more for a good one . they told me when they have goodmotors and transmissions they pull and sell at their other yard . lkq is a better yard they do not pull any parts for resale. All i can say is BUYER BEWARE!!

You say your open till 5pm but close the gate at 430pm. I understand someone coming to remove something big would take a while but how about someone who just needs a pigtail? I know yall got golf carts couldve drove me out there wouldve took less then 10mins. Dont tell me to come sooner when I work till 4 and cant get there till 430. Ill get it somewhere else who actually cares about there customers and not about going home right at 5. Dont worry about me I want be back.

All pro used auto parts is great it has great service and great customer care I went up there for a starter and they got me my part right off and the u-pull it yard is awesome sherry is the manager of u pull it and she is sweet and she helps u with what ever u need and so will trenten and Dominik and hunter all pro used auto part was a great experience for me so who ever sees this please go to all pro u will love it to

First off, i have a bum leg, so i cant walk for long and i need truck parts. I started walking and the blond lady stopped me and offered me a ride on jer golf cart. She took me to the truck, jelped me get the headlight and door pannel and drove me back up. Then she gave me a a bottle of water. Their prices are very cheap and their service cant be beat. I wont go anywhere else. Thank you All pro.

There service is A+ and there parts are always good and delivered on time for a good price. I shop with these guys over the local yards because there prices and service. We broke down on I-4 the alternator killed the battery and car shut off . The gentleman that stop to help us referred us to them . They took really good care of us and even guaranteed the part for 1 year. The Guys working at the counter in U-Pull even swapped out our battery so we had a fully charged newer battery so we could make sure we got going. Thank you

THERE ARE OVER 1000 VEHICLES IN THE YARD AND VERY EASILY LOCATED. PRICES ARE LOWER THAN ANYONE AROUND! THE YARD IS REALLY CLEAN AND THE VEHICLES ARE OFF THE GROUND. I own an automotive repair shop I Bartow and have been purchasing the majority of my used parts from All pro. I find them to have a good parts availability and good service. I would like to see them decrease the delivery times but it still beats most of their competitors.
