My boyfriend and I did a walk in and from the beginning they seemed annoyed about us walking in.. had what seemed like minor attitudes and felt like a bother, but we just brushed it under the rug... when my boyfriend told them what he was wanting the reply was "that is a female tattoo" it was suppose to be a very meaningful and close to his heart tattoo and they completely butchered it to make him not want to get it.. then I showed the girl the tattoo I saw on pinterest and she rudely answered "we are on google.. NOT Pinterest.." I felt like we were inconveniencing them on so many levels.. every time she would show me a picture of what i was wanting if i didnt like it she seemed to have an attitude under her breathe at me.. I felt pressured to make a decision for a picture that i wanted, I got two tattoos there at the same time and my boyfriend also got one. one of the tattoos that i got was suppose to be "semi matching to his" it is not at all what the picture i chose looked like and it is much bigger in size than my boyfriends, the detail of it is that of a beginner, not of someone who has been tattooing for as long as he told me. Im not too happy with it and to spend 400$ for two tattoos, (I feel like is a bit much for what i got) I expected a hell of a lot more than what i got for that price. only good thing I have to say is that the artist offered to stay after hours to finish my second tattoo however it does not look the way it should.. Now i will be going to fatkats to have Dan Loose (my normal artist who was booked up for a month and a half and for good reason as i see now) fix what they messed up. we wont be back. -- I also recall one of the workers making a comment about "charging more money for inconveniencing her" when she was referring to a different situation, so it makes me wonder that since we were walk ins if we were charged a lot due to being an "inconvenience".

I go there, stand around for 10 minutes (they were completely dead) the two people behind the counter had to finish their convo before they decided to help me. Then the lady comes over and i ask how many artists they have and she says two, i ask why so few and she says "dunno, they come and they go"....i thought to myself, even if that was true. ..why would you say that to a customer? Then i told her what i wanted and showed her some pics on my phone and she furrowed her brow and actually "pfffftt"-ed me. I turned around and walked out. The tat i wanted wasnt complicated. Dont go here.

Universal Attire

I have experience many tattoo shops around the U.S. but this shop is amazing. Very professional, clean, great customer service and fantastic tattoo artists. When you walk in, the atmosphere is spectacular and not a place that you would think of as your "typical" tattoo shop. Id get a tattoo here any day. I 100% recommend this place for anyone to visit. Prepare to be amazed. Make sure to say hello to Traci the owner before you leave. Great owner. Thanks Tattookah.

The owner Traci, does so much for the community, from fundraising events, to networking events. She spends a lot of time helping other small business owners to succeed! Traci and all the staff are so helpful and wonderful. The shop is so open and its one of the cleanest Tattoo shops I have seen. Traci is also so wonderful and helpful and just a amazing person. Wow!!!! The artwork of Shane Spicer is one of a kind!! I have sat through a 9 hour session and two 6 hour sessions and its been nothing short of awesome. Shane has an eye for detail and a genuine desire to make every piece better than the last. No pain so far.......great atmosphere and hell work around your schedule. I would never consider going to anyone else!!!

We called and asked if the artist could do another tattoo after his current customer. Gave them the size, told them it had color, told them it had detail. We were told he was almost done and would take us. We get there and wait for TWO HOURS before the artist says hes tired and to come back in two days...yeah no, we will take our business elsewhere.

I got a watercolor butterfly done by Shane and I absolutely love it!!! The staff was awesome and super friendly and very helpful with helping me decided on what to cover the old one up with as I had a slight change of plans. The shop is super clean and I would totally recommend this tattoo parlor to anyone! Can hardly wait to come back for more!

Traci and her staff have the most professional and cleanest Tattoo shops in the state. Traci is also an amazing steward to other small businesses as well as very generous in her giving back to those in the community!! If you need a Tattoo, Body Piercing or E-Cigarette system she is the go to person!!!

Had a tatt redone; his machine kept breaking down but he kept goin; now faced with paying again because I now have these awkward ridged lines and shadows on my tatt that now I have to have covered up. Would not go there again!

Shop was clean staff was helpful only downfall was that the place smelled like a smoke shop not that I care what the artist to in there time off work. I personally refuse to allow someone to work on me under the influence!!!!
