We stopped Saturday night on May 17th at American Greeting cards at coastland mall. We always stop their and have spent a lot on cards and Christmas gifts. Our grand daughter was graduating from high school and we saw a box that you could store cards in for graduation for 2014, unfortunately we did not need two and we were willing to pay full price. First time I took it up to the girl at the sales counter and she said their was only 50% off second one. We only needed one, and needed the box it came in to send to California.So she told me to put it in the box. In the meantime I decided I would wait and think about it .So later I sent My husband in to get the box. So when he went back to the store he picked up the box it came in and the gift. went up to the sales counter. There were four people there and she said I will take you over here. My husband laid it down on the counter and she said put it in the box. He opened the box and there was bubble wrap, and it bothered him, when she told him to put it in the box. Why are you telling me to put it in the box. She said your scaring me and Im calling security. Which she did. Security did not come. He said fine then he just said ring me up and I will leave.. She said no she would not because she was feeling threaten. So he left and we will not be back He asked if he could see the manager and she said she was.

My experience in this mall was horrid. The food court was disgusting. Not one table was clean. I mean really, you cant hire someone to clean up a bit? Also, the bathrooms make me want to vomit squirrels. Each stall in the womens bathroom had toilets filled with piss, had piss on the toilet seats, or piss on the floor. Either way theres piss somewhere in every damn stall. At least put a damn sign that says, "Flush Please". Are these people scared of the toilet flushing or something? I understand that this is a low-end mall, but for the safety of children that use these bathrooms and touch these food court tables, please change something before we get bacterial infections. Sincerely, a visitor.

Great value! At J.C. Penney, I got a pair of sneakers and 8 pairs of athletic socks for $60.00. I went to JC Penney to buy school shoes & left my wallet at customer service. The clerks held a register open, after the store closed, so I could still buy the shoes when they brought me my wallet. The clerks made sure that my shopping trip was a success. They treated me very well, and I did not feel like a stupid idiot for losing my wallet. The J.C. Penney clerks were very considerate people, who made me feel like my shopping experience was of the utmost importance to them. Five stars

The Regis Hair Salon couldnt even be bothered to help me when I walked in. The Running Store cells rap answered one question and then was absolutely no other help. I need a new pair of running shoes they didnt have exactly what I needed he couldnt suggest anything or point me in the direction of anything helpful. I very much got the Feeling while I was at this mall that there were no f**** given

This is the only mall in the Naples area that is an enclosed mall that you can walk around inside. This is great if you want to get in your daily walk and it is raining or 95f outside. We do it often. This is typical of most malls with all the same stores and a food court. Easy parking and gets crowded with kids when the high school right across the street gets out.

Big spacious mall for mid-end and high-end shops. Food court is exceptionally big, with lots of options from which to choose from. There is a JC Penney, GameStop, and BestBuy Mobile. Perfect place to go shopping as a tourist, really good prices and friendly staff. Services for disabled people are totally available and friendly staff.

The mall itself is ok. It offers a nice variety of stores and kiosks, as well as a food court, covered parking garages and even a horse carousel. However, everytime I come here it always seems dirty. The bathrooms are always disgusting and messy, and the food court staff never seem to stay on top of cleaning the area.

Its not what it used to be... major brands are no longer here. What mall doesnt have a Gap, McDonalds, or toy store? This one. The kiosk people between the retail stores are a nuisance, Id rather be interrupted by a pan handler. I think the no name stores and pop up kiosks signal the beginning of the end for malls.

Clean, filled with most of the retailers you like : Abercrombie (adults) , Forever 21, H&M, and fastfood (Starbucks) - whats not to like? We did sit down and rested on one of those seating areas - that was good. I like the place. Not $$$ but more than good enough to shop at.

Its the only mall in Naples, but is clean with a nice variety of shops with major anchor stores. Dillards, Macys, Sears, and JCPenny make it suitable for all from the super wealthy part time residents to the hard working full time residents. Something here for everyone.

Nice place to hang out, but in recent years the mall has been renovated and a lot of the storea have been replaced with higher end shoppes. It feels more like a rich person hangout now than a teen hangout. Still a good places to spend the afternoon or evening.

my homie marco the cop left and now im sad. but they got some good food. michael from zumiez is cool like id smash. one time my friend threw a duck into one of the chandeliers, and i love the ducks at the claw machine bc you cant lose.

Horrible store horrible service. I went in to purchase Pandora day after a sale ended and they would not let me have the sale. The clerk even made a comment about how much Pandora I had on. Dont waste your trying at this establishment.

Nice place to buy on the go. You have options like Pink and Victoria Secret also toys and fun stores like GameStop and fye. Definitely a must stop If looking for something specific. Not usually crowded and a really good food court.

Looks nice, has lots of stores, felt very crowded though for an off time of year. Wouldnt want to come when its a busy time. Thought it was odd that the Cheesecake factory is not in the mall but across the parking lot from macys

Good mall, great for rainy days when all the outdoor malls are not good options. Has decent food places including Cheesecake Factory. Everything else is as you would expect. I find it a bit dark in areas and can get crowded.

Nice place to go early in the morning for a walk when its raining or too hot always updating very nice clean needs to stop wasting the furniture that they reuse do not put it in the dumpster donate it sell it give it away

Ive been going here all my life, and Ive never had a problem with any of the workers. The place is kept generally clean. The food is good and there are many options for whatever you are trying to buy.
