I bought a very fancy piece yesterday and they gave me a great price. I got home I washed it and where the stem entered the glass it broke. It seems to me it was far too thin and a manufactures defect. I took it back to the store and they were so nice to me they gave me a full credit. I really appreciate the service I would definitely continue to shop there.

Bought a $120 pen, broke in less than a week. Went to the store so they could exchange my battery and they took my info and told me they would "get back at me" never heard from them... terrible treatment for a customer that has been buying stuff from there for years
