Bought a small item there a few days ago, and the guy behind the counter told me if it didnt "fit" that he would refund it. Turns out they dont do refunds AT ALL, and he charged me 5$ more than the "credit" they offered to give me. All this, while telling me I wasnt making sense and that the glass piece I had bought a slider for was "trash," accusing me of buying it at a gas station. It also doesnt help that their cheap plastic pieces sell for over 100 dollars. Because money.

So disappointed with my purchase. I went in and purchased a hookah pen. It was giving me trouble as of day 2. I went back in for help and they got it open because the pen would not untwist. With 3 days the pen did the same thing. Asked for help and the rep broke the pen while trying to take it apart. They would not replace nor refund me my money. The product was crap and the service was mediocre. I wasted my time and money.

Great place for the matured crowd for a great cigar, cocktails and mix & mingling! The location is convenient and parking in the area is easy to find. Definitely a fave spot for any time to get out and enjoy!

Good prices on vapor juice. Especially the 3 for $30. They also do price matching. Not the best assortment of juices, but they have the most popular.
