when i first started going there things were not bad but the last 2 years the people that the staff allows in are the type of people noone should allow at their busjness dont dare bring your girlfriend or wife because the bad language that goes on there is horrible people smack talk insult and verbally bash other customers and the staff matt and others enjoy a good laugh listening to them .if you complain to the owner abe who pays all his employees in cash ( honest guy ) he kicks out the one who spends less money in his store please do yourself a favor and if your looking for a good smoke priced fair not dried out and a good atmosphere do not go there... customers bring their own booze get drunk and drive home i see a lawsuit in the works but all they care about at smokeinn is your money not your safety do not go there its not worth it .....JOEL IS A WORKER AT SMOKEINN SO THATS WHY HE WRITES NICE COMMENTS I WAS A CUSTOMER SO WHEN I TELL YOU THIS PLACE IS A JOKE BELIEVE ME THERE HAVE BEEN FIGHTS ARGUEMENTS AND MORE TROUBLE THEN YOU CAN IMAGINE PEOPLE GET DRUNK THATS WHY ...THE CIGAR PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN OTHER STORES MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN KICKED OUT THIS STORE NEEDS SECURITY GUARDS i see you blame the first person that comes to your mind but everyone knows this place is trouble smokeinn fights with both neighbors in the plaza where they r located west end grill and vine and barley go ask and see all the employees are paid cash under the table which is being reported and the manager all he does is tex message all night long and fights with his wife about the girls he cheats with you want this atmosphere this is sad but true many many people have been kicked out most for no reason

I moved to Florida three years ago and stumbled upon this shop luckily. From the old employees to the new staff the guys are amazing. They are very into cigars and can give you tons of information. In every shop you have that one guy that nobody likes but tolerates. Mac whose real name is Jody bothered many of us customers with his personal woes and problems. We tolerated him because the Manager Matt who he talked about asked us to be nice to him, So it sucks that he would bad mouth him of all people. When you walk in this shop you will be greeted by all with a hello and a cloud of smoke. So stop by and hang out with the irregulars as we are known all over south florida have a cigar and laugh with us.

Ive been going to this shop for the last couple months and have to say its a very clicky place. Once the employees get to know you, they start to ignore you more and more. Theres a small group of guys that frequent this place and give you the cold shoulder treatment when you sit on the couches. Hey, theyre a bunch of nerdy guys so, Im in know hurry to become part of the fold. It just makes the place a little uncomfortable.

The entire staff are experts on any and all things cigars, the group of "Irregulars" is the only group that has a true since of family and camraderie and the events are better than anywhere else. The best cigar shop on the planet, Period!

Favorite cigar shop. Andrea is very knowledgeable about his cigars and will help you find anything you want and figure out your personal pallet. The shop has quiet a few regulars who are always a good laugh to hangout with. With vine and barley next door its a great spot to grab a beer and have a good smoke. Or even bring your own Scotch and have a nice chat.

walk through the door and get a warm greeting. Football, golf, tennis, just to name a few are always going on the TVs. Excellent cigar selection! There is always a helpful staff member ready to help you. If you live here or are just stopping in for a quick smoke..... YOU MUST TAKE THE TIME TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT
