I went to H&M in Palmetto Bay today at 10:05am. The store shouldve already been open but instead there was a handwritten sign that said be back in 10 mins. I waited until 10:25 and saw no movement in the store whatsoever so decided to call. A male answered the phone with an impatient attitude when I politely asked hey, good morning, are you open?. He replied as if I were asking a dumb question. When we hung up and I approached the store the scribbled sign was still up and the door still locked. He walks up and unlocks the door in front of me and doesnt even open it when he sees me. As I enter hes already halfway toward the back and grunts over his shoulder hi (he may have just coughed - not sure). I found what I needed on my own but had a question. When I looked behind me to see where he went, he was just standing at the counter looking at me like yeah what do you want?. This store had what I wanted in stock, but his atrocious lack of courtesy discouraged me from contributing to his paycheck. Theres bad customer service, and then theres this guy. Never again.

Was looking to purchase a pre workout and had several questions, I assumed I could have them answered and pay a little more than online pricing. The guy that greeted me seemed annoyed by my questions and told me that everything is just a matter of preference and Id have to try it..so not any help at all. Instead of paying inflated prices I suggest you purchase supplements online, because you will not receive any help here.

This Company has the best prices in town.. hands down.. i was literally shocked when i found out what they were selling the supplements for.. they even match internet prices(with shipping , Of course!). They are also honest dont just try to sell you the most expensive product because its the most profitable.. A+ Rating from me!!
