I have been going to healthway for ALL of my family of 4s needs that we arent able to find elsewhere locally, UNTIL NOW, due to the rude and nasty attitude I recieved from the OWNER of the store; I believe her name was Katy. Last week I went to return a box of individually packaged multi vitamin powder that I bought for my kids the day prior, not realizing it had a "flavor" unlike the probiotics the nice employees helped me find the same day. Said nice employees (I assume) work there much more often than the owner because I had never seen her before, but I was asked to come back to return the item when the store owner was in because of the package being opened. When I came back the next day I was treated like I must not have even looked at the box (while buying vitamins your looking at EVERY BOX) or had any common sense. The fact that the opened product couldnt be returned was fine with me, the attitude I recived IMMEDIATELY apon walking in the store was appauling, especially coming from a small local business OWNER. No thank you, Ill take my business else where, even if it has to be out of town. So incredibly disappointed after thinking Im helping an awesome local business!!!

Have shopped here for various items over the years without incident. I recently purchased an item not realizing it was not what I had asked for. Upon greater inspection & after contacting the manufacturer I learned I could not use the product as it required mixing with dairy. The owner has refused to let me return or exchange it (although it expires in a year and a half). She admitted she isnt very knowledgeable about kefir or the making of it and clearly her help isnt either. Her excuse was she had no idea how I had stored the box. It went from their fridge to mine (though the box says to store it in a "cool, dry place"). The product is in sealed foil packets. Any business owner who is willing to lose a regular customer over an $8.50 item (which cost her less) shouldnt be in business as clearly she doesnt understand math and the value of a loyal customer base. She won her battle and lost the war.

Staff was not friendly!!! Although I have lived in this area my whole life, and think they offer a wide variety of brands and items that are hard to find anywhere else, (especially in Sebastian), I do have a complaint! Last time I went in, instead of just myself, I had my 22 month old son and husband with me. My son is teething with molars and we were looking for hylands teething products, a vegetarian soup, and also a little sip of water so my husband could take his medicine. The gentleman and woman were not very friendly, nor helpful at all! They snobbily turned their noses up at my (at the time) whiny son and was also rude to my husband for asking if they had a water fountain. From now on I will be taking my business elsewhere, or ordering online!

Hard to find a good health food store in this area--much as I hate big chains, a Whole Foods would be great. This smallish store had a fair selection of items but prices were very high. Additionally the staff never even acknowledged my presence although I was browsing for >15 minutes. I dont like to be harassed but a simple "hello" or "can I help you find anything" is sorta par for the course. No plans to return right away.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! The customer service is non existent. The owner was rude and dismissive from the moment I entered the store. The didnt have the product I wanted but the disgusting reception I received was so off-putting I will never return nor will any of my friends or family!!!

The staff is knowlegeable and helpful. Store is nicely organized and has all the hard to find items that I otherwise would have to order online.
