When I first arrived I had time to check out all of the things they had. They have a diverse collection of items that just about anyone can find what they need from tools, equipment, guns and jewelry. A very good collection of items. Regardless of that fact, the service there was very poor. Within the last nine months, I have been a patron three times and met with dismissive staff. In each case I was either buying or selling and each time was different. The first instance I was "helped" but the multiple sighs and general body language was implying he was not particularly interested in selling anything. The second and third instances I was selling personal items, of which I was told they dont sell those particular items. I have no problem with that, but in those instances, the fashion in which I was spoken to was poor. This wouldnt be too problematic if it were the same attendant, but it wasnt.

Unbelievable customer service! Not just your average "pawn shop"!! They provide on site repair for watches and if you enjoy Timepieces, youre in for a treat! The selection is unreal! From modern to one of a kind! I had busted my bezel insert on my GMT master and was being told impossible to find genuine inserts and would cost me a grand! and I was at a loss. Bummed out. I stumbled upon trading post and the owner Roscoe didnt hesitate. He replaced my insert on my Rolex with a beautiful gently used insert and told me to have a wonderful day. Honesty wins every single time. If you want an honest and fair experience- trading post pawn shop INC is it!

Be cautious when you talk to someone in there. If there is ever an issue with something you purchase in there and try to return it after they said you could, be prepared to be called a dumbass... in so many words! Its more like the sales rep didnt know what the hell he was talking about (the product), refused to listen, and had to make himself feel better by calling me a dumbass when I was trying to explain something. There were no issues until this ass opened his mouth.

Excellent service and communication. Had a watch and a piece of jewelry that needed some repair that could only be done with a laser welder. Sent them to the Trading Post and as soon as received I was contacted by Roscoe and given a complete estimate on the work needed. Got both items back in a very timely manner and they looked brand new. Even my local jeweler couldnt tell where the repair work was done. Will be my go to laser repair guy for all future repairs.

Im in a new state, new city and when I needed some extra cash and to lighten my load on my truck and 27 foot sailboat I found this shop with good reviews to sell some stuff to. They have a very nice location in a good neighborhood where I felt very safe to walk to. Everybody was nice to me and very knowledgeable about what my stuff was worth. I definitely recommend doing business with them!

Horrible customer service, way too high on prices. And when asked about going a little lower on something, they say you wont find a better deal around. But believe me, you can and you will. Looking at games one day and guy slammed through the door coming from the back room and just said sorry and walked away. Another one of these places that you wont is eventually going to be closed down.
