This Auto Zone store had 2 employees and 8 customers waiting for service. Both employees were working on cars outside. I went to Advance Auto across the street which was well staffed and purchased $75 worth of wiper blades /supplies which were promptly installed. Yes, they had other employees waitng for the next customer to walk through the door. Dont waste your time - go across the hiway to Advance Auto Parts! I am done being an Auto Zone customer.

Nydia, the store manager, was very kind when we needed extra help. I thought I needed a new battery and then it turned out the starter was shot. She waited with us (while it was raining) to make sure the tow truck and everything went smoothly. Great service and friendly attitude at this store.

STEVE & OTHERS ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL. SOMETIMES CROWDED. WAIT YOUR TURN FOR FIRST RATE SERVICE AND HELPFUL INFORMATION. IF YOUR PART IS NOT IN STOCK THEY CAN OFTEN HAVE IT WITHIN A FEW HOURS. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY ARE BETTER THAN NEARBY COMPETITION. THEY WILL ACCEPT YOUR USED OIL.

Nydia Iris Carrion is the worse store manager... Horrific attitude!!! A piece of advise! Just because youve been working at AUTOZONE for a while doesnt mean you cant be replaced... FYI at this time and age reviews can make you or break you!!! Your store has lost my business...

Very nice clean store, but the employees there seem under motivated. This greatly encourages me to visit Advance Auto across SR 54. The staff there greets you before you make it to the door, also the Manger Ryan is extremely helpful.

AutoZone typically has what Im looking for when it comes to car repair. Staff is relatively knowledgeable and is able to find the parts which are generally in stock. Clean store, good location, friendly staff.

Always helpful diagnosing problems when a check engine light comes on, if they dont have the part available they have enough stores in the area to track one down for you.

Called for o rings and they keep trying to make me buy a 600 dollar pump. Plunty of help 35 dollar parts vs 600+ for pump. Went to autozone online instead.

I dont know who manages this store but the Autozone needs to shut this one down. I have worked @ AZ and know their stores are not ran like this.
