Worse Publix experience ever.... Waited in line for over 30 mins for a sub. Asked to see a manager and was given dirty looks from the deli people. When a manager finally showed up, he was dismissive and offered no help. He said sorry it is Friday. The line finally started moving after the manager came over, and sure enough, when it was my turn to order, I was informed there were no chicken tenders for my sub. These deli people should have posted a sign stating they were out of chicken tenders instead of socializing and flirting with the customers in line in front of me. No sense of urgency, just barely moving at all behind the deli counter. I will never return to that particular publix. Even though it is geographically closer to me than others who do a better job.....

This Publix is always congested. Hard to get in and out of the parking lot. Granted, it is in a very hight traffic community & is neighbored by other stores so its constantly busy. The deli staff could be friendlier. Every experience has seemed as if theyre just going thru the motions & dont really want to be there. No urgency at all & lacking the customer service that Publix is known for. I only go if I absolutely have to. Otherwise, I shop closer to where I work. Cashiers are typically friendly but not overly courteous. I used to fill my prescriptions there but kept having issues & decided to no longer fill them there. Ive had no interactions with management.

Whats the point of Online Easy Ordering if you order something at 7:43pm and make the pick up time for 8:10pm,come at 8:15pm just to give them an extra courtesy 5 minutes,get here and its not ready and you wait an extra 20 minutes for them to make your order?I thought the whole reason for that was to pick up what I ordered and leave.Terrible Terrible.If I could give their deli a negative star I would.Worst Publix I have ever gone to.I will not be returning.They need to fire the whole deli staff and consider rehiring or retraining their employees.

One star because the soup station was good but seeing that its 1pm and your running out of clam chowder I think you guys should get a sushi bar. You are in a very busy area so I dont see how it wont benefit you but anyways my complaint is I said hi and thank you to cathriana 3 times and all she did is pass me the money like get out of her face. Yea im cute, no need to hate and size me but Im respectful and i feel she can do the same and if she doesnt like being a cashier then quit but dont give me attitude for no reason...

Hi my name is essence and i aways pass this publix as i am coming from work every evening i decided to stop friday as i was on my way home to the deli to pick something quick to eat the employees were very friendly n service was fast i was in and out in no time shanon witch was one of ur deli associates was really helpful i think u guys should give her a raise great job keep it up

Decent location. Pro - Some of the veteran staff members are extremely personable and kind. Con - I dont have confidence in the meat, several times Ive brought it home and it spoiled fairly quickly. I have elected to by pass the meat section altogether at this location. Overall its a convenient location for me, but when I have time, I visit other Publix locations close by.

The staff at the deli is very slow. One day I ordered the 8pc fried chicken meal with one side and 4pc Hawaiian bread. The lady tried to give me frozen bread. The bread was frozen solid she told me that the bread will thaw out by the time I make it to the check out!!!! And this particular store smells really bad like you are on a farm. Not pleasant at all.

Awful not enough help lines too long people dont have enough money to pay. Everybodys doing Western Union you can do anything, girl is working as fast as she can, and the line is out the door and manager said theres nothing he can do about it, but theres something I can do about it never go back to that store again

I had medicine sent from my doctor from 9 am n come to publix at 6pm n they say its not ready like wtf really wtf yall be doin thaat u dnt have time to put tablets into a container like really n i call the next day n my stuff is still not ready bad customers service

Doesnt sustain the public reputation. Cashiers are usually young and preoccupied with talking to one another. Customer service area is a nightmare. No sense of urgency. 3 or 4 ppl behind the desk and one one person assisting customers

I am disgusted and appalled by this. How can you let something from Dec. 2016 be allowed into the store. My daughter opened it and asked me if its supposed to be brown. I have never had and issue til tonight (march 5, 2017)

Staff are very helpful. If you cannot find an item. They will walk with you to the Ile to get the item that you are looking. They dont walk away and tell you that they dont know, because they dont work on that section.

Buy one get one free and also the freshess of produce...lines to check out is not as ridiculous as walmart...only one thing i have a problem with is the wait time at customer service...but besides that i love my publix

Rude cashiers....clearly there background expertise is 0 in customer service....why hire those that doesnt want to work. Hire people who have a smile...and knows how to say HI. HELLO. NEED ANY HELP. Im just saying.

Good service, big storage!!! I like Publix Supermarkets because the quality of their products is superior. The produce section has a large variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Their meats are fresh and tender.

The Deli has always been an issue for me, the workers dont have the customer service skill needed to deal with the public in most cases and they hardly ever work with a sense of urgency. The subs are good though.

Some of the newer staff is rude. Store is over all great! The male staff as a whole, deli staff (all but one) and an older white lady with gray hair are all wonderful!
