While I was trying to find what I was looking for. No help from the 2 employees standing in my way (center of the isle) talking for 10 minutes about a girl that had gotten fired and how they felt about her and your stores standards. I work retail. I know there are issues, but these 2 employees should have been helping customers. And when they finally where done I asked one of them a question and her response was very rude. I will only us this store again if I cant find what I need. In my opinion they are 2 that should be fired for bad job performance.

Terrible experience.. actually Everytime I go to this location there are only one to two cashiers. Today there were 22 people on line and only 2 cashiers. When I finally made it to counter, I complained about the long wait and the cashier was nice and apologized and told me she had been calling for help and her manager had been on the phone and after 2 call for help he manager snapped at her so she stopped asking for help. I wont be visiting this store again will order my supplies from Amazon from now on..

Michaels is the place to go for arts and craft supplys in the area. It is convenient being in the Largo mall. They have classes that teach you about all types of crafts from cake decorating to scrap booking. The only down side is the parking area it is small for the amount of customers who love to go there.

Kay & I had a multi picture need. A young lady named Jackie greeted us with a smile and knowledge and professionalism beyond words. She instantly made us feel at ease. The end result was two quality pictures that we proudly hung. Jackie is a credit to the Michaels organization.

Need to cleanup their act. One manager lets kids run around the store and harass other customers. Adloescent cashiers just ignore it and laugh it off. They should not be employed there. Other Michaels stores say that they are aware of this stores problems.

Cashiers here are pleasant. They take competitors coupons. Everything pretty well stocked in a clean store. As with all Michaels, I wish they would expand their jewelry supplies selection but still a great craft store.

Organized chaos.... Beautiful decorations, and all the art crafting supplies you need. Although many items are speed throughout the store, like the 5 different places you can find different types of glitter.

Parking was easy.. . The store is layed out So well...everything easy to find...check out was easy... no waiting....discojnts are great. I AM VERY HAPPY...WJLL RETURN
