Atrocious customer service! Abundance of crafts, no fabric. Always a long wait at check-out. Waited two weeks for a custom mat! Tried calling to inquire and got routed to different departments, then disconnected several times. Talked to the store manager about this and she didnt seem to care. The employees are grumpy and unfriendly. Taking my business elsewhere.

Closest Michaels to me though not my favorite, its cluttered (sometimes less is more) & some isles are too close together (no elbow room)...could use a thorough cleaning. Never had a bad experience with Staff, always pleasant & helpful to navigate my way around to find what I need.

I was happy to have the wheelchair accessible today at Michaels for my friend who had recently hurt her foot. Thank you Michaels! Made shopping much easier for her. Steering between the aisles was fun for me. And a big thank you to employee, Debra, who helped us. Twice!

I love shopping at Michaels, however, they need to have more quantities of their items. For a store that carries a selection of wedding supplies, they dont have enough on hand unless you are only having 20 people attending. Dont shop Michaels if you need to buy in bulk.

The everyday prices and sales have me at this store way more than I should be. The lines can be super slow but the nice cashiers usually make up for that. Ive only had one cashier in 5 years of shopping here who was slow AND rude.

Signed up for summer crafts, what a great program for my 4.5 yr old daughter. Very friendly staff leading the crafts, love that we are able to work together in a group!

Employees are no,where to be found. Watch the prices at the register 5 of 5 the price rings up incorrectly. Always issues with their gift cards which is unacceptable.
