I have been shopping at this store for the past 6 months to get supplies for my wedding. Twice I have been given wrong information from the store associates. I was told I could order an item because it ran out of stock over the phone, then when i called to order the item, even though i had the sku number they told me i had to come back in the store... I live 45 minutes away. I had a credit card and was ready to pay. Then when i told the manager, Brenda that I had the sku number she was going to look it up, she tried to tell me that she was sorry that I had the wrong sku number. I was looking at the item I ordered!!! I wasnt lying... She then told me just to come to the store since I had the wrong item. Why would I come to the store when she told me the item wouldnt be in for two weeks when she told me there are stores in both Greenville Spartanburg. Brenda was rude, and so is her staff. They lack customer service and dont show any willingness to help. Instead, I feel like the manager treated me like I was an idiot. I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to let everyone else know about this experience. This is not a good place to do business. This is not even mentioning all the times I picked up an item that stated it was on sale, but by the time I got up to the register, I was informed it was not on sale anymore.

Went in for an exchange on a product that was broken.. stood in line for 15 mins to be told to go to another michaels (because they didnt want to deal with it). We were told they "might" not carry this product (they did not check). Went to another michaels 30 mins out of my way and had no problems, no questions asked. Poor customer service, rude staff, disorganized store, needs new management.

Unhelpful, unorganized, and unknowledgeable staff. I went through 3 employees trying to find wool and was told (she shouted through a door) by the last that they didnt carry roving wool. This was supposed to be the head of the department. I found it myself in a weird place but still visible and in her department. After all that it was overpriced and the selection was abysmal.

Michaels has many crafts,but must get the bigger sheets of 10 mesh plastic canvas. I have come to Michaels on Laurens Road many times just for the plastic canvas. The section of the plastic canvas has decreased also. I will need to shop else where now!

Dont bother going here. The selection is very small and it is nearly impossible to find an employee to help. I went for my framing needs, but when I needed help all of their employees seemed to disappear. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Great craft store however this location doesnt know what to do about shopping carts. Theres no where to put them in the lot so if youre parked far away its either let the cart just go or haul it all the way back to the store.

Mostly sewing & general fabric related craft supplies... Scrapbooking, picture framing... No real accessories for hobbies dealing with electronics. Not a surprise, but just wish they did.

Every time I come in there I always get the assistance I need and Ive been shopping there for years. The customer service is very friendly right up through check out.

Out of all the craft stores, including other Michaels it is small and has very little cake decorating selections. But its kept clean and service is friendly
