I have shopped at Publix my entire life. I am 3rd generation Floridian. I do not normally have anything bad to say about Publix...however the past year they have been falling down on the job..it seems when Mr. Crenshaw retired Publix has not been the same. Alot of holes are on the shelves where product should be. Tonight I ran into Publix at the Plantation Store to get 2 items Milk and Chicken Tenders...The store was completely out of Milk..NO MILK. I asked where is the milk is there some in the back the reply was "Someone messed up the order and we did not get any" Really the Publix Milk Plant is 5 miles away. You could not get any milk...who is the Manager of this store.. and more important why is he still tje mamager of this store...sooooo I went to get chicken tenders...yup you guessed it none made and it is 6:30 on a Saturday night. Well I needed paper towels so at least I got them...however there were 2 cash registers open and I wanted forever just to pay for them. I could have gone down the street to Lake Gibson Publix...but normally they are just as bad. They never have their Deli stocked and I already wasted to much time in Publix trying to get 2 things a Publix store should never be out of!

Not pleased with the service provided by some of the employees. These location is not one of the friendliest. Managers as well as other staff members are not always courteous; walking past and/or in front of customers in grocery isles failing to greet them or offer any assistance. Luigi; my cashier today, carelessly dumped the remaining groceries (consisting of some glass) out of my basket and on to the belt as if he were frustrated that I hadnt removed them myself. Not sure why I still shop here other than the fact that its closest to home.

This is by far my favorite publix to shop at. The store is small, compact, and well organized. The workers are friendly, and the people who shop there are generally nicer than some of the other nearby publixs. Also, they carry most of the products I usually buy, and they arent spread far apart, making quick grocery runs much easier.
